Great company and customer service
Well first and foremost Jeffrey is fantastic at sorting any problem out , love this company very polite and courteous when you speak to them , they are on the ball , it's a pity evri let them down with deliveries( I live in the scottish highlands) but saying that they arrive eventually,I would not hesitate in recommending branded household to any one , 5 stars is not enough this is my 3rd order from them ,,,,,,perfect

I ordered a few thing from branded and I email to say that half of it has not arrived there were two boxes I only got one . It was damaged in transit so I have been trying to contact them for a refund or a replacement.
I haven’t heard anything back at all
