I recently used Brandable Clothing for branded North Face coats and bags and am happy to report that the service was excellent. I emailed to state that I had a pressing deadline and they replied instantly to say they'd do their best - and they did. They kept me posted throughout the process and the delivery arrived bang on time. Very impressed and will be back for more soon. Many thanks.

Bought an item 2 weeks ago and haven’t received it yet - their phone number dosent work and they don’t respond to emails - they also don’t provide a tracking number or any email confirmation when you order - AVOID

Brilliant! What can I say? We gave up on getting branded T-shirts for our non-profit organisation last year because we couldn't find any at a price we could justify to our donors! Then, this year we found Brandable Clothing! Their prices are brilliant, the quality is excellent and their customer service is great. Highly recommended :)

Very poor unprofessional company.
Order placed and confirmed on Friday and then an email Sunday night saying the item is out of stock.
It still is appearing in stock on the website and could be ordered again.
I don’t really think you should be able to place an order for an item that is out of stock.
This caused a very big problem as I thought I’d got everything sorted and then had to start again to try and get something delivered in time.
Would not recommend or use again.

In reply I would say the issues is being able to place an order and when the item is out of stock is the problem.
It is not clear that this may be the case.
When you order an Item on line you do not expect to be able to complete the order if the item is unavailable.
If it had been clearly stated unavailable then I would have had the extra days to find something suitable.
I realised that it was ordered late on Friday but again I had looked at meant sites and when an item was out of stock it wasn’t possible to buy.
I appreciate the refund but I still think it’s unreliable and unprofessional to allow orders to be placed and then say it’s out of stock.

The second batch of work vest tops from Brandable Clothing are all good - MUCH better than the first lot, so thank you for sorting it out!

This is the second review in as many weeks as the first lot of vest tops had my logo printed quite poorly and my logo was altered slightly too which wasn't for the better. The logos were bad enough for others to notice so I had to take up the offer of replacing them as they were not a good advert for my business let alone Brandable Clothing.

Having been told "I hope they are much better and you can amend your review as these negative reviews really affect my business" says quite a lot really. Personally, I consider looking professional for my business is important and not doing so can affect my business as first impressions can last a long time so the more positive the better. I prefer to wear a uniform as it reassures a customer that despite my business being 'handmade', it's still professional to match the quality of service and products which are provided.

Speaking of quality, the actual vest tops are really nice and just what I was after.

Anyway, all absolutely fine now. Wouldn't use this company again for logo printing due to the lack of communication about trouble they had with the first batch. Happy to not hear from them again.
