Nadia provided me with bespoke and tailored legal advice by supporting me with my grievance for disability discrimination against a former employer. It was a particularly complicated case which involved submitting a rather lengthy grievance with multiple points. She also prepared my appeal to the internal investigation and negotiated favourable terms. She has a deep knowledge of grievance processes and added value to my arguments.
