In Google ad it said free lager costed my time ! 30 minutes is gone completely

I am writing this to warn others: Brainowl.com is a scam. I signed up for a 7-day trial for $1.00, but the website is completely non-functional. I was unable to access any of the tests or games promised.

Even though I sent a formal cancellation and refund request via email on the same day I joined, they ignored my message. Their website is designed to trap you; the login button doesn't work, and there is no option to remove your credit card once it's added. Despite my timely cancellation request, they still charged my card $29.95 without authorization.

They do not respond to support emails and have no functional interface for users to manage their accounts. Stay away and do not give them your payment information.

They took my money after 7 days because i was unable to remove my card and they didn't let me access to the account I'm still waiting for the otp i have tried thousand times. They are fraud

i completely wasted 20mins of my time taking this stupid test, at first when i clicked on take a test, it was clearly mentioned that the test was free, but at the end a page pulls up where you gotta pay money to get your results and expires in 5mins, please dont use this test

Wasted 30minutes for something listed as free only to be hit with a paywall. No pricing page or indication of charges.
