Ordered side steps for my Ford Edge back in January but didn’t get round to fitting them until last week. On opening the box up I wasn’t overly impressed with the quality, they look a little cheap if I’m honest. There were also no No fitting instructions included which according to the order summary email should have been. Contacted Bragen and was sent a link to all I can describe as a poor picture of the parts/brackets with writing and arrows scribbled on say left/right front back etc. no proper detailed written instructions at all and very unprofessional.
There was also another link supposedly taking me to a video of the fitting, this took me to some Chinese website, nothing to do with fitting the side steps at all.

I emailed Bragen straight back but they have not replied! Disappointing service, I would suggest retrying a more reputable company and avoid these cowboys!!

Looking thro Google sites for van parts, I came across Bragen, there products are reasonably priced and they appear to have a decent name for quality products.
I placed an order and was kept informed at every stage, they even messaged me to confirm I had received the goods within the time scale.
I wud recommend this company and I am now waiting to be contacted about future stock so I can order from them again.
All in all. 5 stars.
