I was so impressed with the service…
I was so impressed with the service from Martin at the Plympton depot. He sorted out a revised order for me, organised delivery and got back to me at around 7pm. Excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble. I've done a lot of business with travis Perkins since I moved here 4 years ago, but I'll definitely use bradfords now!

Had two deliveries and both deliveries…
Had two deliveries and both deliveries never turned up on the day they should. One delivery was 3 days late with no call to explain and the other was a day late, again no call to explain. Drivers were very polite and helpful. Not happy with the failures on delivery dates and no communication after I paid for delivery and thus was very poor.

Poor customer service
We ordered decking and timber, after placing our order online we realised we needed more than what we originally ordered, tried to amend order online but it wouldn't let us. Took us over a week of phone calls and being fobbed off to calling other stores and being told someone will get back to us (which they never did) to amend the order which they were reluctant to do . When the order arrived the wrong decking was sent as we ordered reversible decking and was sent one sided decking , the amount of knots in every single board was unbelievable. Not at all pleased
