If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered online with a 3-7 day delivery offered. One month later, several phone calls, a forgotten order, a final delivery date and time, arrived, very inconveniently as not at agreed time and was four hours early, and items within the order were damaged.

I did write to them 24 hours ago to complain directly and they haven’t even bothered to respond to that.

Will not be using again.

The wood I ordered arrived in good condition (no splits/damage etc). It was straight as a die and placed in my garage by the pleasant helpful driver. I always default to Bradford’s when I need good quality timber for my projects.

Had an excellent service from civils manager Zoran, needed some decorative gravel to finish of a driveway, gave him the dimensions and he worked everything else out for me. Ordered Monday evening, and he arranged 9AM Delivery Tuesday morning!

Extra thanks to driver Flo as well, traveled a fair distance and arrived with a smile on his face, managed to navigate the tipper through an awkward driveway entrance and tipped exactly where needed to save any extra manual labour!

I would have loved it even more if heavy deliveries could have been by Hiab
over a 7 foot wall, what a convenience that would have been, but all the same they are great to deal with.

I had used Bradford's products before and was quite happy with the quality and prices. However due to C-19 restrictions I had to organise a delivery. No problems at all the branch kept in touch by phone and the delivery guy was brilliant.
