Excellent.

Fast and efficient delivery and notified before they came to ensure delivery was at a convenient time

Got a phone call. They said it was ready. Great I thought.
I went in. it wasn't ready and I was told to go to the back of the queue. I said I'd come back in 30 mins. They said it wouldn't be ready. It was only three little bits of wood. I rang back 3 hours later. They said it was ready. I went in. I had to then go to timber yard. No one was there. I shouted. Nothing.
I went back to the office, and had to go back to the timber yard, and someone was there. Took about 1 hour to get 3 bits of wood!

Really efficient service... was only a small order but delivered in really good time AND sooner than originally suggested when I placed order on website... professional, polite staff with excellent customer service. Phone answered really quickly when called the store too. Excellent service guys- thank you!

Ordered on-line, immediately had phone call ready to collect, arrived, goods brought out. What more would you want?

Very good service. The only slight negative is that I was expecting an email or call to say that my order was available to arrive more quickly (in around two hours) than was the case.

In the store, it was unfriendly, no smiling welcome, the staff quick pull up face mask and bombard with me with H&S policies. and all a bit OCD and standoff customer experience for me, hence the 2 star review. Their is more, if your customer feedback team really cares, you've got my number .

From the easy to navigate and use website to communication about my order to prompt delivery makes this my favourite builders merchants.

I have made two orders with Bradfords over the last couple of months having never used them before. They were recommended to me by a neighbour. I feel that I received a decent level of service. The deliveries are prompt and drivers are extremely helpful. The price of items could clearly always be cheaper but overall I would recommend them

Despite the presence of customers the yard workers appeared to be arguing and shouting at each other and the language used was pretty disgusting. Item I purchased was fine but was not offered any assistance to load into the car. UPDATE. Since I posted this review i have had s reply from Bradfords that was exemplary. I would particularly commend Zoe who called me to explain things. Excellent customer service from someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience and business reputation. Well done Zoe!!

Great service, materials were delivered when I asked for them and really good quality.

Fantastic service. Order was quickly made ready and put into my boot in a friendly and professional manner. Needed somewhere local with contactless collection and they provided both. Usually I would have travelled to another provider which is further away but I will now use Bradford's more often.
