Dont pay for next day delivery £4.99 saturday has it wont turn up and if your lucky it might arrive monday tuesday which are actually free delivery customer service will agree to refund you the delivery but you wont get it and will then ignore your emails

Honestly I would not buy from these people. I purchased a bracket nearly 4 weeks ago and the delivery was for next day. Still not got bracket. I have sent endless emails and the last one I got was “ hi could you knock at neighbours and surrounding areas and see if your parcel was delivered to them? It seems our driver has delivered it to the wrong address” erm no!!
How dare they. I paid for my next day delivery and this company failed to deliver. What a sham!!! I have since been told by a few people to avoid them but bit late now, after the fact.
Anyway they can keep my £36.00 and stick it where the sun don’t shine. Thieving horrors ( to put it lightly)

Wasn't expecting much after reading the bad reviews. But to my surprise the bracket I ordered for my 48" tv arrived the next day and fitted perfectly. The quality isn't the best as one of the locking springs did came off slightly, but its still hanging securely on the wall.

I ordered a bracket after checking on their website which one I needed for my Panasonic TV. I assumed it was the right one and proceeded to drill 4 big holes in the wall before realising it was not the right one! Searched for a telephone number but none exists. 15 emails were then generated to try to sort out this problem. I did get a refund after going to the considerable trouble of taking it all off the wall and packaging it back up etc. I did get a 'sorry' and a recommendation of correct bracket but I do not understand why this information was not given in the first instance. A considerable amount of trouble and I still have to patch up the four big holes. I think some compensation or money off the correct one eventually recommended would have been highly appropriate!

Bought a bracket which their website said was compatible with an LG OLED TV. Received bracket and not compatible at all. The only way you can get in touch with them is by email (do not respond) or post??!!!!!

Quite frankly if you order on their website there is a good chance you will do yourself out of quite a bit of money. Go elsewhere.

Having used their website to find a wall mounting TV bracket which was apparently suitable for a OLED TV I ordered it and in fairness it was delivered quickly, However it didn't fit the TV as described and after 3 emails they replied stating the vesa specs were compatible. It reality after research only LG make a bracket suitable for 2016 LG OLED at the moment There is no telephone contact number on their site and they never seem to reply to emails, maybe they wait for the 14 day return policy to expire.

2nd time I've ordered and still a great service, fast delivery, great price for a very well made product, nothing flimsy about this strong sturdy bracket needed to hang a rather large TV on the wall!!! Many thanks again

Do not buy from this company the worst service I have ever had 2 weeks to get 1 bracket. Phone number doesn't work and email is hit or miss .
Got a better bracket from Asda and it was cheaper too

Just heard about this website - I bought a TV bracket from then in January and needed to return it. Followed the instructions on the website and emailed them, 8 emails and 1 recorded delivery letter later - have still heard nothing. Clearly a dodgy website - no phone number - no live chat -
Report them to your credit card company and to Watchdog

I have purchased a tv bracket that arrived promptly. That was not a problem. It all started once we realised the tv bracket is way too big and would like to return it.
I have followed all the steps to return the produced but guess what??!!! It took Dan a Week to replay..(after my second email)
Apologising that is on holidays..and he will deal with it as soon as he is back from holidays. Guess what??? He didn't contacted me so more emails.. After couple of weeks finely Dan has ensure me there would be a courier that would pick up the bracket. I think you would not be surprise if I tell you. The Currier didn't come and I spend my day off in waiting all day. I have contacted Dan but he did not reply to me. It is a very bad experience and I have lost money and time. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this dodgy company!

As I have since discovered from reading other reviews. I have had a similar experience. Initially I found the bracket I wanted as the site was easy to navigate and seemed competitively priced. However, when I placed the order three order numbers were showing although I did receive confirmation for one order. I attempted to phone to confirm that there would be only one item posted and deducted from my card. This was when I discovered there was no telephone number. I emailed to ask them to make sure I was only sent one bracket and was charged for one. Only to find what appeared to be an automated reply with no reference to my name saying your order has been prepared but, no payment has been made. That's when I discovered others complaining of the same experience. I am not sure whether the company is genuine or not but, having given my card details and without any confirmation of the order being confirmed combined with no telephone number or personalised replies to my email I feared the worst. As a result I cancelled my debit card as there was no confirmation of the order being processed or any security checks which companies usually ask for before processing card details. I hope my concerns are incorrect but, personally a company which does not have a contact telephone number, produces several orders without even giving clear confirmation or security clearance that one has been processed at the time of purchase. To then follow up with an email saying an order has been raised but, they're awaiting payment does not give me any confidence in the company. Whether it's poorly organised or dishonest I would not take the risk (and I didn't)

Excellent website functionality for finding the bracket I needed and ordering it. Ordered on the morning of Friday 11.12.2015 and paid for next day(but Saturday delivery at £7.95). No delivery on Saturday and no delivery so far at 13:30 hours today Monday 14.12.2015 although order status is, "dispatched". Email sent this morning to supply me with an update and a refund to my card of some of the shipping cost but as of 15:32 hours, no response whatsoever. Again, I'm bothered that there's no 'phone number to contact them.

I found just the TV bracket I was looking for at a good price, but 12 hours after ordering I got an email saying my payment had not gone through. Strange as I had gone through the "sage" secure payments. The email invited me to re-order, which I did, but no "sage" secure payment screen, just a message, "thank you for your order". Five mins later a phone call from my credit card fraud section querying the order. I said it was OK, so they gave me the go-ahead to re-order. I re-ordered but looking at my account the payment still did not go through. I tried a different credit card - same result - so 4 orders and none went through. After some research, I found that the landline for the company (Tel: (01507) 665563) no longer exists, and neither does the 0845 number (0845 459 0310). All that seems to happen is that automatic emails get sent out!
About a week later the bracket arrived totally unannounced (and now un-needed). There was no communication to say that the payment was accepted or that the order was being fulfilled - so no warning at all until the bracket arrived. This company needs to sort out its contact numbers and make these available if their payment system is so messed up. Have not had time to try and contact the company as I am on holiday - but given my previous experience, I don't know how to contact them as none of their phone numbers work!

Friendly efficient service , exellent product will use again

I ordered as the one i got from Argos didn't fit. The bracket finder made it all really easy and my bracket arrived the next day. Good service, i would buy from bracketsuk again
