The instructions for assembly are vague. Item was expensive and was Poor quality, looks like this was made in someone’s basement or garage. I have ordered their stuff before and it was good. Apparently Coreflex sold their business??

They are the only company that sell the only braces that work for my knee condition.

The business addressed a supplier issue promptly.

The person called and acknowledged my order - much appreciated on the follow up call. Also the delivery was quick as it was rather needed quickly for a fractured shoulder.

Great brace, the strip holding it together that goes up the back of your leg should have padding. It does become uncomfortable after time as it bends during the day.

I have been using the braces for a few weeks waking only, very good. I need to wait a few more weeks for hockey to start. I am a goaltender, going up and down will tell me more re how good the braces are. hopefully I will be satisfied.

Quality seems solid. Feels supportive and comfortable. Recommend

Customer Service very good. There was a delay with product getting to Brace Aid so it took awhile to ship to us. However, they were very responsive to my emails and even called me to update me on shipping status. Offered a refund if I did not wish to wait. We chose to wait because they had exactly the product we wanted and couldn’t find elsewhere.

I have ordered a few things for here and found the site easy to order from as well as how easy it was to get a hold of them by phone. Great people to deal with.

Haven't received item yet, super delayed, fairly poor communication

I had used one in the past but after having a fall recently and needed to go back but needed a medium size placed an order, awaiting the switch of the small one sent to me for the medium size to arrive.
