Ignore the good reviews, they are all fake. Ordered a taxi to the airport for 3.10am. At 3.05am they messaged to say there was too much traffic and they wouldn’t be coming, leaving us stranded. There is no traffic?

Avoid. And avoid booking with them through minicabit. You will not get a taxi

Booked car through app, waited and rang the number, was kept on the line, they couldn’t confirm they dispatched the car, said we should check outside. It was a cold dark night we stood outside and the kept cutting off the call. No car was waiting not was sent, they admitted they were busy and no free drivers 45 minutes after our original booking. We felt we had been scammed and demanded a refund. Being outside in the cold dark night is dangerous so we had to ask venue to call us a proper taxi. Read the reviews and about the company on trust pilot DO NOT TRUST BPC cars, fake good reviews!!

On first journey, driver didn't arrive on time and then wanted to drop us streets away from hotel.
On return driver didn't use AC in 31C heat....shoddy service all round.

Appalling service!! We booked a taxi from London City airport and not only was there no-one there to meet us at the booked time, they told us it was because our flight was delayed which was completely made up!! They then promised a car but more than 40 minutes after the original time of booking. Shocking service - hung up on us when we tried to ask for a refund. I’ll be reporting them to trading standards! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are crooks.

We pre-booked an airport taxi from London Gatwick.

We reached arrivals at 6:30pm after updating the taxi company that our flight had been delayed. They said they were monitoring the flights and not to worry. When we landed, we contacted them at 6:40pm to see where the taxi was, we were instructed to wait near Costa and told us the taxi would arrive in 20-25mins. After 45mins, the office told us to contact the driver directly.

The driver told us he had just received the job (although we pre-booked) and would be another 30-40mins. At this point, we had been waiting for nearly an hour without a taxi. After a back and forth with the taxi driver and company we were not convinced or satisfied that the taxi would arrive in a reasonable time frame. So we contacted them to cancel and asked for a refund.

The office refused to listen to me and my partner, repeatedly talking over us saying "another 20 mins". These times kept changing during our conversation and did not communicate why they were so late. Ultimately, they kept saying "non-refundable", meaning that we did not receive the service we paid for and were not offered a refund or helpful and friendly customer service.

We are so disappointed with this company and strongly recommend booking an Uber instead which arrived in 7 minutes with the most friendly driver!

Super kind and helpful driver in a nice clean car. He arrived on time twice and the drives were a pleasure. Customer service was also good, they reply very fast.

I booked a round trip with BPC to Folkestone from London. I was travelling with my cat in a carrier and was a bit anxious about the trip. However, both the drivers were fantastic, polite and on time. The cars were new and clean as well. So the journey was super comfortable. Also, in terms of cost, they had one of the best prices being offered. I would definitely recommend their service.

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Reliable and quality cars. there have been busy traffic and closed roads in central london on coronation day. the driver have been really patient got me out of that traffic to get to the airport on time.

I have been booking different cabs.
But this is one of the best experience. Drivers are very polite, my flight was delayed but he waited patiently. Their customer service is awesome, they keep you posting if there is any delays in regards to traffic.
