Доставка 7 работни дни и то в автомат на 7 км от посочения. Да не говорим, че освен, че не знаеш къде точно и този или другия месец ще получиш пратката си няма НП, ППП и т.н. Лично аз отказвам да работя с тях и безплатно...

Complete harassment! My shipment has been held up by customs for 48 hours in Sofia with no movement. I'm traveling abroad and because of their slowness I won't get my things for a month. Bad logistics!

I am using Boxnow 62 times since I emigrated to Greece last year and they never let me down. I like the fact that you can send or receive 24/7. Why 4 stars? Lately they have been getting slower, package take 4 to 5 or 6 days and I am not talking about the islands. A few months ago I sent something to Cyprus and it arrived in 3 days, same story with 2 seperate packages sent to Bulgaria, 3 days, wonderful value for money! But now I am waiting 5 days already for 2 seperate packages from Greek mainland, no idea what is happening.

Order dispatched to an outlying locker far away from the area of the delivery address (an issue reported and confirmed by many recipients, so this is not an separate incident, but a standard practice). The chat feature is not working. The customer service phone number (0700) is a special phone number having a special tariff.

Shipment #2042981700 — completely disappointing experience.
1️⃣ The parcel was picked up on 28 Oct 2025 and delivered only on 30 Oct morning — a simple Sofia-to-Sofia delivery delayed by more than 24 hours.
2️⃣ Customer support misled me twice — first assuring that it would arrive “within the day”, then claiming “evening delivery after 19:30”, which never happened.
3️⃣ Without my consent, the parcel was redirected to a locker in a completely different district (Strelbishte instead of NDK).
4️⃣ I spent over 20 minutes trying to reach someone by phone before an operator finally answered.

Totally unprofessional and frustrating experience — I expected basic reliability and transparency for a local delivery.

Every other parcel I order they deliver to another location, which is not even a close locker but a random one, often very distant while skipping 3-4 nearby lockers. So to get there I obviously spend more money and waste time.
This is the only courier in the whole country that tends to do this. Extremely inconvinient, annoying and unprofessional.

A package with baby food sent on Thursday is delivered on Monday because it turns out they did not ship it the same day as all others like Econt and Speedy do. Their 24/7 is a total scam because they don’t work on weekends. They are slow, customer service is rude and unhelpful and basically I would pay more to others to never use BoxNow again.

Αν υπήρχε η δυνατότητα να αποδώσω καθόλου αστέρια, σίγουρα θα το έκανα. Πρόκειται για μια εταιρεία που δυστυχώς δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε επαγγελματικά και ηθικά πρότυπα. Η εμπειρία μου μαζί τους υπήρξε εξαιρετικά απογοητευτική και προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα να την αποφύγετε.

Η περιπέτειά μου ξεκίνησε στις 14/12, όταν αποστείλα τρία δέματα από τις θυρίδες τους. Δύο από αυτά παραδόθηκαν, ενώ το τρίτο ποτέ δεν έφτασε στον προορισμό του. Το εν λόγω δέμα περιείχε τρία μετάλλια με αξία, τα οποία έπρεπε να σταλούν για πιστοποίηση. Παρά την αναμονή, το δέμα φαινόταν να έχει "κολλήσει" στα κεντρικά γραφεία. Όταν επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά, προς έκπληξή μου διαπίστωσα ότι κανείς δεν απαντούσε στα τηλέφωνα. Ακόμη και όταν πήγα προσωπικά, η υπάλληλος που βρήκα στην είσοδο δεν προσέφερε καμία χρήσιμη πληροφορία και φάνηκε να προσπαθεί να με απομακρύνει με δικαιολογίες.

Μετά από αρκετά μηνύματα και μια αρνητική κριτική, η εταιρεία επικοινώνησε μαζί μου, υποσχόμενη ότι θα αποζημιώσουν το πλήρες ποσό. Ωστόσο, και πάλι δεν τηρήθηκαν οι υποσχέσεις τους. Μετά από περαιτέρω επικοινωνία, μου διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα μου αποζημιώσουν εντός 10 εργάσιμων ημερών και τους έστειλα όλα τα απαραίτητα αποδεικτικά έγγραφα. Παρόλα αυτά, οι υποσχέσεις τους παρέμειναν κενές και το θέμα δεν επιλύθηκε. Όταν επιτέλους μου έδωσαν μια τελική προσφορά, αυτή περιοριζόταν σε 50 ευρώ ανά φάκελο, ενώ η πραγματική αξία των αντικειμένων ήταν πολύ μεγαλύτερη.

Η συμπεριφορά της εταιρείας είναι τουλάχιστον αδικαιολόγητη και ανέντιμη. Η συγκεκριμένη υπόθεση έχει πλέον προωθηθεί στον Συνήγορο του Πολίτη, ενώ εξετάζεται και η δυνατότητα μήνυσης, καθώς θεωρώ ότι πρόκειται για περίπτωση υπεξαίρεσης και κλοπής προσωπικών αντικειμένων.

Η παρούσα κριτική δεν αφορά κυρίως την οικονομική αποζημίωση, αλλά την ηθική διάσταση του θέματος, καθώς είναι ανησυχητικό να γνωρίζουμε ότι άλλοι πελάτες ενδέχεται να βρεθούν στην ίδια θέση με μένα. Παρακαλώ, οι υπεύθυνοι της εταιρείας να σοβαρευτούν και να αναλάβουν την ευθύνη για τις πράξεις τους, καθώς φαίνεται ότι η φήμη τους έχει υποστεί σημαντική ζημιά και κινδυνεύει να κλείσει σύντομα, αν συνεχίσουν με αυτόν τον τρόπο.

You can not contact them and it seems they do not care. Today I wanted to postpone taking a parcel. I pressed the button, but did not receive the expected Viber message with the new deadline picking time. I only was informed that it was postponed. How much? Who knows. To confirm it I called the only given national number 0700 70744. Twice i was hold over a minute on the line and then the call was cut off. These calls are expensive, they are paid additionally, the telephone providers do not include 0700 in the free calls plan. There is not support live line, so you can not contact the company regardless how urgent the situation is. How this can be legal business!

Very, very disappointing service. What other courier companies deliver in a day, here it takes three days! And the parcel was delivered in the wrong pick up point.
I decided to choose this service because of its flexibility, but it tuned out to be completely unreliable and untrustowrthy.

Absolute idiots. Can’t have prober business with them. Waited for an order which got returned because they don’t have enough space in their lockers. They have no way of sorting this out so they just return it. Wack company, absolutely won’t recommend!!

Customer service is disgusting. They never answer emails sent to infoatboxnow.gr, and I can never get a reply on their customer care line. Add to that, they have consistently placed my parcels in a box miles away from my house, when there is a box just 1km from my door. As I don't have a car, this is a significant problem which I have communicated to them, but they just ignore me. I would not recommend this company if you want stress-free deliveries.

Absolutely abysmal customer support.

Tried to explain that no codes or messages for the delivery have been received just to be repeated to, like a parrot, in the most disinterested and condescending voice possible, that "I'll receive an update via SMS" and "that's nothing they can do." Was not even allowed to finish my question over the phone and just got continuously interrupted with "an update will be sent.".

A first and definitely a last experience with them. Nothing justifies being so rude and dismissive on a support call.

Why no one answers the phones? I didn't receive a passcode for my first box and it went back. No one to call to stop the return.We are not that far ahead in technology to eliminate human interaction completely.

I wish the online updates said "Collected" instead of "Delivered" when collecting packages from their box. I asked a friend to collect in my absence - and this "Delivered" business made things really confusing for both of us.

Η κρητική αφορά το Boxnow.gr. Μου έστειλαν δέμα από 20 Απριλίου και ημερομηνία παράδοσης έλεγε 22. Όταν τους καλεσα στις 22 μου είπαν θα παραδωθει 23. Όταν δεν παραδόθηκε 23 τους κάλεσα και μου είπαν ότι το δέμα ήρθε Θεσσαλονίκη και ξανά γύρισε Αθήνα γιατί ήταν υπέρβαρο. Τους ρώτησα πως γίνεται να έφυγε κανονικά από την boxnow στην Αθήνα ως μη υπέρβαρο και ξαφνικά να έγινε υπέρβαρο στην Θεσσαλονίκη μ, απάντηση δεν πήραμε . 24 Απριλίου μιλάω με την υπεύθυνη του box now και μου λέει ότι θα παραδώσει κανονικά στις 24 Απριλίου και ότι πλέον δεν θεωρείται υπέρβαρο και ότι δεν γύρισε ξανά Αθήνα. 24 Απριλίου μεσημέρι μου λένε ξανά ότι το δέμα είναι Αθήνα . 24 Απριλίου βράδυ μου λένε ότι από το κατάστημα ότι τώρα έφυγε από Αθήνα. Μιλάω ξανά 24 Απριλίου με boxnow και μου λένε όχι δν έφυγε τώρα από Αθήνα είναι ήδη το δέμα Θεσσαλονίκη τόσες μέρες και ότι κάνουν παραδόσεις μέχρι της 12 τα μεσάνυχτα και ότι θα παραλάβω 24 Απριλίου μέχρι τα μεσάνυχτα. Εδώ δεν έχουν τηλεφωνικό κέντρο σωστό και θέλουν να μου πουν ότι παραδίδουν και μεσάνυχτα. 25 Απριλίου ξανά μιλάω μαζί τους και μου λένε ότι ξανά είναι υπέρβαρο και ότι είναι Αθήνα , μα τους κεω εχθές δεν ήταν υπέρβαρο και ήταν Θεσσαλονίκη μαι ότι το είπε η υπεύθυνη σας και μου λέει δεν ξέρω γιατί είχατε τέτοια ενημέρωση. Βγάλτε συμπεράσματα εσείς γιατί εγώ ακόμα δεν παρέλαβα.

I like that you have boxes all around the country, however when I select for payment - "Payment on delivery" I'd like to pay on a POS terminal, ON DELIVERY. And not to receive an email telling me I have not paid my order and need to pay online before I can receive it.
Many boxes of the other couriers have POS terminals, so it's ABSURD to require online payment when "PAY ON DELIVERY" is selected
