Collection is on time and the driver is friendly as well.

When my boxes arrived everything went great: the delivery man came on time, was friendly and helped me carry the boxes to my room which was on the first floor.
The day my boxes had to be picked up, the delivery man (who was from Excel courier) came around 9:30am however, it was planned that he should arrive between 10:30 and 12:30. It didn't really matter but I was surprised and not prepared at that moment. He was very friendly and helped me to carry the quite heavy boxes to his car. During the afternoon I received a confirmation email that my boxes arrived at Boxman.
I hope getting my stuff back will run as smoothly as getting them to storage.

Had the best delivery guy ever, Aron is the man, great guy in a great mood. He definitely needs a raise. He offered to bring my empty boxes in my flat, whereas previous drivers would not, and brought them back fully loaded from my 4th floor flat.

No complications, got the service I expected and even better. It was easy to follow the situation of the delivery and to contact the person.

The service was really good and the people very friendly. Mostly on time as well except for one time where they had a car accident. But even then they fixed it quickly and were only 20 mins late. I would recommend the service to anyone.

Delivery and collection dead on time. Ordered more boxes than I needed so only filled half of them, but also stored a few bags as oversize items for same price. Much much cheaper than regular self storage and a great web interface.

Collection came on time. I had a text before driver was going to arrive, and you could also track his location, so I knew when to expect him. Very convenient.

The driver was extremely friendly and polite. He took the time to explain everything (processes etc) in detail. I have used 3 other storage companies before, and none of them have done this. Really professional service!
