Great service. Simple to use. Order the boxes on line. Choose a date for delivery of the empty crates. Pack the boxes - try to keep to weight limit otherwise Boxman will apply a £4.00 surcharge per month on overweight boxes. By way of example, the crate I went for had the capacity to be neatly packed with 27kg of books and wasn't overfilled. When filled crates are ready, go to the Boxman web site to choose a date for collection. I had a problem with my first collection date and was able to change it three hours before collection was due. Haven't yet tried their retrieval service.

I made an error online organising my pick up. They contacted me as soon as possible to rectify and confirm pick up time. Driver was prompt and very helpful. Would recommend!

Very good service...

Boxes provided were of really good quality. The drivers were extremely on time. The "anytime is fine" feature is also a good addition for those looking to save a little bit and are not fussed on time at all.

When the driver couldn't find my hostel I was emailed straight away and managed to catch the driver on time !

So monbile and perfect secice that i have ever used. Everything is good so far.

On time box drop off, easy to rebook return. Unfortunately they came too early. I specified no earlier than 11 but was given a 9-11am slot. Even after contacting them after making the reservation. The person I followed up with on the day of collection was ignorant to the conversation had.

I would definitely recommend this service. The delivery drivers were very friendly and efficient and were so quick collecting all our boxes. The service is really convenient and takes the hassle out of moving house!

While my boxman assistant arrived slightly late, he was very efficient and helpful. The delivery and pick-up from the door service Boxman provides makes keeping my items far more effortless and far less stressful.

It was very cheap and the drivers were very cheerful and helpful!
