Pickup was easy!

BoxButler came through and made everything right; they really went above and beyond to make sure that the miscommunication was cleared up, so I am updating the rating to 5 stars.

Would give 5/5 if it offered prorated months or didn't book up in delivery times so quickly. I checked weeks in advance and they didn't have time options available at the end of my billed month- so I had to pay a whole month for an extra two days.

I love Box Butler. From the people on the phone to the ones that pick up/deliver, everyone is incredibly nice. The process of using Box Butler is efficient and easy to do on line. And when they promise they'll be there at a certain time, they are!

It took four attempts to schedule a delivery. Systems were down and the customer service rep seemed inexperienced. The day bedore my scheduled delivery customer service called twice to try and change the time as it was more convenient for them!
Delivery and pickup professionals have always shown up on time and been some of the most professional i have seen.

I became a Box Butler customer almost 5 years ago. Since my first interaction, any time I've had to contact Box Butler--phone or email--every single person I've been in touch with has been responsive, polite, noticeably professional. One might think that would be the treatment you'd get when you're inquiring about the service, but it remains the way they treat me time and again. I'd recommend Box Butler to anyone.

I'd recommend this to others, but also advise they book in advance.

We never knew an on-demand storage service existed that would pick up and deliver our personal belongings when needed. Our apartment is small and our building offers minimal storage space as an amenity.

We learned Box Butler was being used by a nearby building as an amenity for their residents. We searched online and read they were voted NYC premiere on-demand storage service! The website and ordering process was very user friendly. And at such reasonable prices!! They charge by the size of the boxes allowing us to avoid paying for 'dead space' a self-storage unit would provide.

What was most impressive was the Customer Service! They were extremely polite and informative over the phone with our questions and provided great consultation to design a package to our storage needs.
They can even store our bikes and snowboards!

To add to the Customer Service experience, our Butlers that arrived to our apartment were ahead of schedule! They even called before they arrived to inform us!! They were extremely professional and handled our personal belongings with such care. We were able to take photos of our items and upload them to our online account. They also provide serialized locks and bar code each box for security and tracking.

We have no doubt our belongings are in great hands and secure.

We certainly recommend Box Butler and have already referred them to family, friends, and other residents in our building.

The whole process/experience was very easy, which is what I am looking for. The "Butler" is a good guy, showed up in time to get my stuff. The service is very good. They called me, alerted me before they arrived. I had some extra stuff which they accommodated with out any issues. Everything was clear about the prices. I definitely recommend Box Butler to everybody! Excellent job!

Box Butler's services are a no-brainer when you live in a small dwelling and want to de-clutter. Their focus on customer service make them easy to use and a pleasure to work with. When the Butlers take my belongings away to create space, I know I can trust that my items are in good hands. When I'm looking to retrieve my things, it's easy to coordinate and their delivery is also punctual. I would highly recommend them!

If you live in a tight place, and have a lot of stuff, this is a awesome option. Simple, inexpensive, and convenient.

I recently moved into a smaller apartment downtown and had much less space for my belongings. I heard about BoxButler.com from a friend and thought I would give them a try.

It was such an easy process--from scheduling, to pick up, to storage. The guys picked up my items on time and were very careful with my fragile items. They were friendly, courteous and professional. The best part is that they will deliver my stored items to me whenever I like! I will never go back to renting a storage unit again. BoxButler saved me so much time and money. I can't put a price on that.

I tried Box Butler as a way to replace my self storage unit in Midtown West. I'm glad I made the move. Carting my stuff back and forth was a total pain. I love that I can now have someone do all the shlepping for me. It also turns out that Box Butler is cheaper.
