Excellent service
I’ve used Box ballon’s several times and always had beautiful balloons. We had an issue with an order where the delivery company failed to deliver the balloons and when I contacted Box balloons Scott and Sarah were incredibly helpful in resolving the issue which was no fault of theirs.

You might be in for a shock
You might be in for a shock, as I was. When I opened the box of 3 balloons I'd ordered, one had been substituted for a different design. This ruined the balloons for me.
When I complained, I was spoken to in a rude way by customer services. I was refunded only £6 even though the package of 3 balloons I ordered was £35. Customer services told me that they can replace balloons at their discretion. BEWARE of this.
The day after they arrived, 2 of the 3 balloons had already DEFLATED.
The balloons look lovely on the website but what you get in reality may be a horrible disappointment on your special day.

Hi Emma. We do feel this is an immoderate review and would like to clarify our position on this for other readers.
Your TOTAL order was for seven balloons and six of these were fulfilled as ordered. With your "Under The Sea" arrangement we replaced a faulty balloon with a reasonable substitute (a duplicate of a balloon in the same arrangement). This is in our terms and conditions but we try and avoid it - we did not have another in stock of the faulty balloon but it did not change the overall theme.
As a gesture of goodwill we refunded the one balloon that wasn't the design as hoped.
The email string was professional and explained this. While we appreciate there was a disappointment, we did not agree with your forceful demand for a full refund of the whole order or find it reasonable to try and use the threat of negative review as leverage to get what you wanted.

I ordered number balloons for my daughter’s birthday, but unfortunately, one of the two numbers wasn’t properly inflated or was losing air. It was disappointing, especially for a special occasion. The other balloon was fine, but having one look deflated took away from the overall effect. Would have expected better quality.

Fab balloons & great customer service
Really pleased with our balloons, they definitely had the wow factor when we opened the box. They are still up 2 weeks later! We did have a slight problem with one of the balloons which was dealt with promptly and professionally. I will definitely use box balloons again.

Poor quality. Poor customer service.
Ordered unicorn bundle of 3 balloons. 2 ok. Unicorn one was have inflated. Contacted them. Asked for photos which I sent. No reply. They said before sent pics damaged during delivery but box was immaculate no damage at all! I wouldn’t recommend them. Poor customer service.

Hi Tracy, it is not accurate to say we didn't reply to your email. We did very quickly but on a Friday evening, our office is then closed over the weekend. I'm sorry if you had the impression that we reply 24/7 but this is not the case and this is listed on our website.
Pictures of the box were not provided as asked so we were unable to verify damages or that the damage was not caused on opening.

It was a bit disappointing one balloon was flat on arrival!
The teddy bear was flat two days later.
I dismissed one but two a bit much. Especially at the price.
They arrived on day as agreed. In a lovely big box.
