The team at Bown have always provided me with excellent customer serivice and quality products. They have been our sole supplier for branded pens for years now, and we will continue to use them.

An extremely reliable and professional company. They meet timely deliveries that suit customers' needs. Their staff are always open to support customers on choosing products, meet budgets, etc.

I've been working with Bown for over 10 years. Always a pleasure to work with, quick to reply with quotes and enquiries.

The service right through from initial enquiry, samples to order, proofing and delivery was a seamless experience.

Phil and team delivered beautifully engraved premium pens that I’m over the moon about.

It’s rare, and certainly has been for the past year or so, to receive such impeccable service and delivery of quality products without issue.

We needed promotional pencils and searched for suppliers online. We ordered from Bown Enterprise as dealing with them was "seamless" from the first email, the samples that they sent, and setting up the print.
Delivery was very quick and the product was outstanding.

Jan from Bown Enterprises was so hopefully from start to finish, she really couldn't do enough form start to finish. All deliveries arrived before quoted lead times. Will be ordering again!

Used Bowen for the first time when sourcing some ringbinders for a client and was delighted with the results. The service and assistance received was extremely good, they dealt with queries and changes to artwork with politeness and efficiency. We will definitely use them again for any future client needs.

I had a rush order and the staff were friendly and efficient. The order arrived on time and was just what I needed.

Easy to do business, fast response to enquires, good quality of product and good delivery times.

Amy couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the whole ordering process. I would definitely recommend Bown Enterprises for all your printable merchandise.

Excellent, prompt and professional service right from the point of initial enquiry to seeing our orders through. I initially ordered branded pens then went back for branded notepads and now, branded bags. In particular, the samples we received were great in helping decide which design of pen / pad / bag we wanted. Seeing samples made the whole process worry-free because we knew that the finished products would have the right 'look and feel' for our company - essential when you're buying in bulk for an entire company re-brand! A reliable and helpful supplier who I recommend highly.
