Awful service .
Once car paid for was fobbed off and hostile emails . One tyre over inflated by 11psi rest under inflated by 5psi each. One had a slow puncture . Battery on key low . They told me they’d changed the batteries on both and when low battery warming came up was told that happens when both keys in car. Wasn’t the case .no offer to bring the car back . Hostile owner when I said what idiot over inflated a tyre to a dangerous level . Was told not to return . I wouldn’t trust the car back with them anyway . No pre delivery checks Carried out . Even the windscreen water reservoir was empty ! 12 month warrant waste of time . Outsourced to an insurance co and only covers £500 per claim and £50 an hour labour ! Not even a a 3 month full warranty is offered . Shows how not confident they are about their cars being roadworthy . Will never use this tin pot back street forecourt operator again .

Brad has been so helpful throughout sending videos and photos his level of knowledge contact and communication has been great, thank you great car highly recommend BHP Bournemouth.

Brilliant service. From the time I first heard back to the time I had the car delivered was only a 4 day period and I had my viewing and test drive booked in for the very next day. The whole process was fast and easy and all questions were answered. The car is in mint condition too, very happy with it. I would highly recommend BHP.

From the first conversation Brad was very honest, didn’t promise anything he couldn’t deliver and after some negotiations I got a deal I was very happy with. We mainly conversed via WhatsApp and was always very quick to get back to me. On arrival the car was as described, he dealt with all the paperwork quickly and after a test drive I was on my way with my new car.

I got in contact with BHP with regards to a missed issue with my windscreen washers that was not rectified during my service with a previous company. From messaging to being booked in, it was only two days wait (due to my schedule). The problem was indentified and sorted extremely quickly and reassured no problem too small! Very efficient and professional. Will be using BHP and Ben from now on. Thanks!

Awful experience - bought a car last year still under warranty. At time of purchase the company had the wheels painted. Less than a year later and 7k miles the paint is literally peeling off all 4 wheels! Phone company- dont want to help. Ben Lucas extremely unhelpful - now saying I have to retun vehicle at my cost (over 150 miles) to inspect it with no guarantee of putting very shoddy work right.

Independent specialised advised woek is soo bad the wheels will need dipping and refinishing and great cost. Legal action will follow - company not even aware of consumer rights act. Dont make mistake I made I go elsewhere- pictures to follow

UPdate - ITS under 12 months warranty - not to mention the legal reuqiement to recticfy and obcjous defect under consumer rights act - so there you have it - legal duties matter not - only if your polite apparently- forget your responsibilities to your customers and dont dare be honest about how you feel you have been treated. I have even offered to pay to have the vehicle collected! No respsone - funny that - people will vote with their business which they should and will take elsewhere to avoid serious disappointment

Future customers- ask yourselves this - would you expect all your alloys to peel after less than a year of driving - clearly not and then be told drive your car back so someone else can decide (not offer to help in any way as they infer) if they are going to put the work right when an dependant bodyshop has said is appauling.

Also think about the reasons to my review - would you expect that response from a company whom are 'helping' you? I have every right to be unhappy - oh sorry apparently not - I'm petulant apparently and not a valued customer.

Oh and one last thing 'a small matter that can be easily resolved' that's funny ad my first email fom Ben reads as follows (happy to prove to anyone interested)

"After a lengthy discussion with the company as I'm sure you can understand neither ourselves or the refurbishment company can be held responsible for the condition of the wheels nearly a year after the point of purchase.

From what we can see in the photos the wheels are littered with small chips.

This over time will compromise the adhesion of the paint and cause the lifting you are experiencing this can also be accelerated by the use of cleaning products and/or the use of a pressure washer at a close proximity.
