Great community, locations and school. We are so lucky to have found Boundless and will come back again and again and again

Nice people and educators, the kids enjoyed the activities and we are grateful for all the gluten free options for people with celiac.

We’re a Polish–Peruvian family, and our daughter completed her first grade in a U.S. elementary school before we joined Boundless. We originally planned to try just a three-month experience, but after seeing how much our child and our family were thriving, we knew we wanted to continue and decided to be full-time with Boundless instead of continuing with traditional education. We’ve been part of Boundless communities since April 2024, visited so far Syros, Estepona, and Pistoia locations, and heading next to Bali.

Boundless offers a lifestyle focused on education, awareness, self-development, and hands-on learning, all experienced through deep cultural immersion and slow travel. It’s not just about academics — it’s about curiosity, preparing children for the world of the future, and being part of a supportive community of families who share the same values. We value small classes and individual attention that made our child feel seen and encouraged, while the rhythm of life fosters meaningful family time and strong community connections.

Our day begins with the simple joy of walking our daughter to school hand in hand talking. Afternoons and evenings bring play dates, community meetings and shared meals. Boundless housing, coworking spaces and family lounge on our cohorts were always within walking distance from each other, making life calm, connected, and immersive.

Kids thrive in hands-on activities like robotics, flamenco , cooking classes or art. After school kids are are spending a lot of time together offline, playing, exploring, and building real friendships.
For adults, the experience is just as enriching — I’ve loved salsa classes, community yoga and many of the community workshops.
Boundless families are also big on paddle, which has been a fun and social highlight in several locations.

Boundless has given us not just education, but a community, friendships, and a lifestyle that nurtures curiosity, strengthens family bonds, and immerses the whole family in learning, culture, and shared experiences.

Boundless has been exactly what we were searching for as a family—international slow travel, meaningful community, and a beautiful approach to education all in one place. We were slow travelers before discovering Boundless, but one of the greatest benefits has been the incredible destinations they select. Every location is thoughtfully vetted with families in mind, so much of the legwork is already done for you.
We’ve spent time in both Syros and Sintra so far—each magical in its own way—and the experience has exceeded our expectations. We’ve built lifelong friendships through the program, and our daughter is already counting down the days until our next cohort in Estepona to reunite with the friends she’s made. Boundless has enriched our travels and our lives.

We loved getting to 'live' in a new country and feel like we belonged. The 3 months was amazing. We loved meeting families from around the world and getting to know the local community as well. It was very special to build friendships with local cafe owners and our neighbours. It was challenging to manage both of us working in EST hours, but with some help of older kids in the cohort babysitting and strong internet at the hub and home we did it. We found the cost for the activities really added up which is why I gave the experience a 4/5. Sometimes it felt the cost was not a fit for the quality of the experience. Although some of the experiences were total home runs as well.

We have done 3 July cohorts with Boundless: Sintra, Greece, Kotor. And they have each been incredible.

Boundless Life has been a game changer for our family! Once we experienced the education and community, we’ve been a part of the program ever since!

Stayed in Pistoia Italy. Great location. School facilities good but obviously not as extensive as full size school, teachers excellent. Annoying to be forced to pay for hub which we hardly used (too noisy). Accommodation very basic. Even premium accommodation only average. Perfect town and ideal to explore Florence etc etc. Could use again but 3 months but only in own accommodation

We’ve been on three boundless cohorts - one spring and two summer. It’s been an incredible experience each time. This program has really added something to our lives and allowed us to break out of our day to day lives in such an enriching way.

This family world schooling program is a one stop shop for families seeking education, accommodation, community and a co-working space- all while traveling to various corners of the world.

After participating in four of the Bounldess 3 month cohorts, this is a program that checks many boxes. The company values safety while immersing families in local traditions and experiences.

The quality of education has varied from location to location, hence the 4 stars. However, having a student for only 3 months is near impossible but, certain teachers have been incredible with this task of getting to know the students and experiencing academic growth in a short period of time.

I would highly recommend the program to anyone with wanderlust but also looking for a more global way of educating your child/ children.

No complaints about the location or the team or the teachers. The two big issues are the school doesnt have any outdoor space, the space is really subpar. And that the cost of boundless went up 25-35%, pricing out many repeat families. Its clear that boundless is only focusing on maximing profits for one time cohort families who ll pay any price. but its really sad to see there is no value to repeat families. It was especially insulting (bordeline unethical) to ask repeat families to pre fund the japan cohort with a 5k euro deposit each and then find out that our reward was education and coworking space prices were going up by 50%. Also raising the number of families to 37-40 per location lowers the community experience. Finally you went from 12 weeks of school cohort to 11 weeks of school plus 1 cohort break (where at least we had the house) to 11 weeks cohorts, pretending nothing has changed. Yet you are still charging for 3 months (13 weeks) with significant price increases too. This is the quickest way to lose your loyal customers.

Interested to do another cohort with boundless. Would not recommend the time and location we participated in. Italy in August was half the size of other cohorts, staff rotated due to accommodating vacation requests, and the location of Pistoia was more than half operating. There were not many enrichment activities offered by boundless staff due to local businesses being closed for holiday. The near by train station was also limited due to maintenance.

We spent three incredible months in Bali with Boundless Life in 2025, and it was everything we hoped for and more. It offered our family the chance to try out living abroad within a vibrant community of globally-minded families from all over the world.

The staff were exceptional—kind, organized, and deeply committed to making meaningful experiences. The many opportunities for learning, connection, volunteering, and cultural immersion were outstanding. The school was wonderful, with rich cultural learning and global themes woven throughout, engaging daily extracurriculars, and caring staff. We left feeling healthier, more grounded, and more connected as a family.

We can’t wait to return to Bali and to explore other Boundless locations in the future. We hope that Boundless Life can become a regular part of our lives and our children’s childhood. I can’t recommend it highly enough as an immersive, international community experience for families.

Our family of 4 (4 year old son, 2 year old daughter) spent August 2024 in Syros, Greece with Boundless. It was a trip of a lifetime and incredible experience. The kids loved the school and local activities (beach, soccer, ruins, FOOD!) and my wife and I had quality time while they were at school. The coworking space was great, very central and with lots of space and strong WiFi. Overall I highly recommend it.

Incredible people, concept and organization. This changed our family in such a meaningful way, made lifelong friends and wish this program were around when our kids were younger and could do many more sessions.

Our trip to Sintra, Portugal was everything we could have wanted when traveling with young children. Both my kids (8 year old boy and 5 year old girl) said their favorite part of the trip was the school. We were able to connect with the country, immerse ourselves in the culture and most importantly, connect with ourselves. We will definitely be back for another boundless experience.

We began the 2025 year in Estepona, and within weeks, we had begun the process of booking the rest of the year — first to Tuscany, then to the Greek Island of Syros. Next up, Japan.
What we have found is that Boundless Life delivers for everyone in the family. The kids get to experience new cultures, languages, friends, and independence. The parents are immersed in a community of like-minded adults with activities and events catered to growth.
The locations are safe and have given us the slow-travel experience we crave.

Our family went to Syros, Greece in August 2025 with Boundless Life. Syros is perfectly suited for the program - walkable and gorgeous, full of good food and things to do. The town square brings everyone together, so you'll always have friends. Kids loved the school, and the business center worked well. The local staff were fantastic and really helped with requests like doctors or activities. Only issue we faced was that with young kids, it can be difficult to get extended aftercare, so that might be a challenge for some working parents. Would completely recommend and plan to go again!

We originally signed up for the Sintra, Portugal cohort as our way to "soft" move to Portugal and have our boys in a Worldschool type of program. We honestly assumed we would do just one cohort and then officially settle into our new life on our own.

What we didn't (and couldn't) foresee was the incredible community Boundless brings together. We were so deeply impacted that we signed up for three more cohorts. We've now also been to Syros, Greece, and Estepona, Spain, and have our fourth booked for Tuscany, Italy.

The magic is in the people. We were stunned by how quickly we formed deep, genuine friendships. It’s an environment where you find yourself relentlessly cheering for the other families, and they are relentlessly cheering for you. You build a special, unexplainable bond with people who truly see you.

Our kids also love their days at the Education Center. We've watched them grow into incredibly kind, confident, and happy humans. They've benefited so much from the cultural experiences, but also from having a "village" of 20-30 extra sets of parents who are always nearby, ready to step up, and love listening to their big ideas.

For us, Boundless Life has become the perfect balance. We have our new official life in Portugal, but we get to reconnect with this amazing global community for at least one incredible cohort per year. We can't recommend it enough!
