AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Most corrupt 'company'... But it seems director can register under a different name every few years or now months (disgusting!!) then carry on royally ripping off customers who have paid over for a unique but costly driveway..
All lovely & well.. until cracks appear 2 years in...despite "promised 10 year guarantee"...
Awful 'repair refill' job done..
More cracks. Grass growing through!! Report.. No answer, phone line dead...

I had a driveway installed last April. Weeds are now growing through it and the company have closed down and not answering emailsvand seem to be trying to slide into another set of clothes. Be aware that no reviews predating their liquidation should be taken as valid

How can a compny that was only formed in Sept 25 have 70+ plus reviews - They shut down one company "Bound 2 Impress" and immediatly opened up another with a slightly different name, same directors who then resigned after a few days. This is the 3rd company change we are aware of since 2024. . We have a 10 year warranty with it which clearly isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. The drive is less than a year old when some parts sunk.
We contacted them as Bound2impress and rectification work was carried out but some issues remained they agreed they would get it sorted, several missed apointments later with office staff offering excuses, management Ignoring calls then putting messages on their website that they are temporary closed and now a recent new one to say they have ceased trading. And now suddenly opening with a new name and seemingly no intentions of fixing previous issues.
Don’t waste your time or money with the cowboys!!

Shut down one company and just opened up another. This is the 3rd company change I know off since 2024. They did a half job on our drive put a smaller manhole cover on than the one that correctly fits and now the drive is cracking around it. We have a 10 year warranty with it which clearly isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. The drive is only just a year old when it happened.
Contacted them when they were Bound2impress they 100% agreed that we had been ‘done over’ with the work that has been done and agreed they would get it sorted. Now since that phone call radio silence. Ignoring all calls then putting messages on their website that they are temporary closed and now a recent new one to say they have ceased trading. And now suddenly opening with a new name and probably with no intentions of fixing all there other errors.
Don’t waste your time or money with the cowboys!!

I wish that I could split this review in half.

I honestly couldn't fault the the efficiency and appearance of the work provided. The resin driveway looks fantastic and we have many of our neighbours comment on how good it looks. All dates and deadlines were met and we were very happy.

Now for the down side. We have 2 very small little gaps in the resin. Paying a premium price means you expect perfection. I notified our rep and advised him of the issue which he say that he would get it sorted no problems. Great!..however this was 4 months ago and it has still not been sorted. I was told 3 or 4 times ''ll get this sorted'. Since then I have made several attempts to contact the company through various means and now I am being ignored completely. Clearly, now that they have my money, I am not important anymore.

This review would have been 5 stars based on our experience up until the point where we had an issue after completion. But we still have an incomplete job and I'm being ignored!!

Our drive looks amazing.
It’s nice to actually look out and see no weeks poking through just a lovely smooth resin drive.
Our sales rep Nigel explained everything. What we was quoted it what we paid, no hidden extras.
The workmen who come to prep the drive worked hard all day and were polite. On the day of the resin laying the guys once again worked hard and polite.
The whole start to finish experience was perfect.

Total transformation
From start to finish really professional and organised our extension had been delayed which in turn ment we had to wait for that to be finished before the driveway could be done they were understanding and never rushed us and now it looks AMAZING from the first meeting with Nigel to the start of the dig out to the completion of the resin they guys were so organised and had all the delivery's planned to a T

After many visits and quotes from various companies, we decided to go with Bound2impress, due to their professionalism, not being pushy trying to rush you in to a decision, but also because they genuinely seem to care about doing a brilliant job. We 100% made the correct decision, from Martin being there from start to finish, even out of hours when I had questions, to Landi and his installation team, the whole process was smooth and hassle free, and we now have an amazing new driveway.

What amazing work. To say I’m pleased is an understatement. The whole process from initial enquiry to, survey to, plans to, actual work by a professional, tidy, considerate and thoughtful crew and finally the completed project, just couldn’t be better. Bound2Impress quoted a good price for installing a patio and path in our back garden. The company kept us in touch with the schedule, turned up on time, had deliveries turn up on time. The workmen got on with the job and have left a professional result which we are very happy with.

From obtaining an original survey, confirming scope and quote, this company has provided an outstanding service, and the finished product has given our frontage an amazing makeover. Despite a three-day delay on installation due to poor weather, the actual installation went smoothly. We cannot fault the team who were respectful and efficient from dig-out to resin lay. First team we have had who work through continuously during the day, not even drinks breaks.

From our first meeting with the company via the sales manager, we knew that we were investing in a high quality product and service.
Bound2Impress have a large amount of colours to choose from, and it is nice to be able to see from the sample tiles what your driveway will look like when finished.
When it came to the preparation and installation, wow, we were amazed at how hard the guys work, and just how professional they are.
When the driveway was finished, one of the installation team was taking photos of his work with a big smile on his face, obviously pleased with the mastetpiece he had just created.
I don't know who had the bigger smile, me, my wife, or him.

Bound2Impress have done a really great job on improving our patio at home.
The salesperson that visited our home was very professional, knowledgeable about the product and polite.
We agreed to have a full dig but unfortunately on the day of the work commencing it was realised due to technical issues of a retaining garden wall that was not going to be possible.
Initially it was quite stressful and frustrating for me due to the disappointment of the work not being able to be carried out, but thankfully after some calm and thoughtful discussions with the man in charge on site and several phone calls later with the office, it was agreed that an overlay of the original patio was the only alternative, which I agreed to, other than cancelling the job altogether.
The work commenced straight away and was completed in two days.
The end result was well worth the quite stressful first hour when faced with the problem we had encountered.
Time will tell whether the durability of the surface is as good it looks, but so far so good.
To conclude, I do recommend Bound2Impress.

We came across B2I via a Facebook post. Communication with Conrad was a pleasure. Meeting Russ and Martyn put us at ease immediately and we were more than happy with the competitive price. There was no rush, and Martyn was available at any time if we needed him. The hardest part for us was choosing a colour, there are SO many to choose from. Sam in the office arranged another visit with Russ, who helped us pick.
We had 2 days prep work, and 1 full day of laying the resin. All through the installation process the guys kept us informed of what they were doing to make sure we were happy. They worked so hard throughout and didn’t even stop for a break. They left our premises tidy and clean. We are extremely happy with our immaculate drive and would not hesitate to recommend B2I

What a fantastic company, Bound 2 impress are. Right from the smooth ordering process and really competitive pricing, right through to the install and finished product.
The guys doing my driveway worked incredibly hard, over the two day install. I had the resin laid on top of my existing old tarmac. Digging out was only required for the brick edging and to level off the old drive, in areas. They let me know what they needed to do, before doing it and made sure I was happy at all times.
I have to say how pleased I am with the result and would definitely recommend B2I, if you’ve been considering, upgrading your driveway!

From start to finish, everything was very impressive. The guys don't stop for breaks, not even lunch! Really hard workers.

And they listen carefully to what you want, and understand.

Martyn was always available on the phone, even on his days off, very impressive.

First of all I must state that the finished driveway is fantastic. It looks neat and the colour is spot on.
Was it a smooth journey? No, not 100% smooth. However I am a strong believer that good companies solve problems quickly and efficiently. It is a fact of life that sometimes things go wrong. It happens with big companies and small companies and it's often the larger companies that seem not to care, not understanding how the problem affects the customer and often not willing to go the extra mile for you. This is NOT Bound2impress! Yes they made a mistake, but oh boy did they go the extra mile to resolve it. The service I received was second to none. Martyn and Ross pulled out all the stops. They showed understanding and empathy and a clear path to resolution. Fantastic service guys, thank you.
Would I use Bound2impress again? Yes, absolutely. They care about your project and want to ensure it's perfect.

We had a very constructive first meeting with Andy who fully understood our need to extend our driveway and appreciated our concerns about the possible future impact of the roots from a mature oak tree bordering our property and driveway.
The team that came to do the preparation work were on time and very efficient as were the team who laid the final resin topcoat.

A fantastic job from start to finish. From the initial contact to the completion of the work, Martyn and the Bound2Impress team were friendly, professional and caring. The communication was clear and they checked in regularly to ensure the customer journey was smooth.
On the day of the works the team that arrived worked extremely hard and got the job done quickly and to a very high standard. I’ve already had 2 neighbours compliment the work and ask who we had used.
I am so pleased with the end result; it’s exactly how I imagined and has made the front of my home look so much smarter, as well as creating 2 parking places.
Overall I would not hesitate in recommending Bound2Impress and am now saving up for another resin project!
