Bouncy Castles on the Wirral Bewertungen 

This company is rubbish, they let my family down on sunday 19th july on the last minute, after trying to get intouch with them all morning we had to search for another company as it was for my 7yr old great niece's birthday, they totally ignored our texts, emails & calls, in the end we got one from DINKYS no problem at all fab service brilliant bouncy castle, so i stress do not hire a bouncy castle from them as they dont turn up. Appalling service .

They were late, didn't even call to update I had to call them, the person who answered didn't even seem to know about my booking, after checking the details only then did they say they were stuck in traffic. If you were stuck in traffic you would have to have known where you were going. I ordered a bouncy castle which should have had LFC stickers on. There where no LFC stickers on it ruining my son's football themed birthday. Even though I told the driver about it, who said he would tell the office I had nothing back. I paid more for that else I would have got a smaller bouncy castle with nothing on it.
