Highly recommend! Ordered bouncy castle 2025 for my son’s 1st birthday and again for his 2nd birthday. Very good service. Nice friendly delivery and collection drivers. Treated my property with respect. Will be using them again next year!

Turned up an hour late to my little boys 1st birthday party. Then when it was time to pick up the bouncy castle were 3hrs late to collect it. Leaving us with a fine from the venue. My friend recently used them for her boys school birthday party and yet again they were over an hour late. Very disappointing. Not reliable.

Amazing! We've only recently started working with Ben 'n' Jacks to bring inflatable experiences to the children at our holuday camps, and they've gone down a treat.

The customers service has been brilliant from Vaughn and the team as well. Nothing is too much trouble, willing to be flexible with drop-off and pick-up times and work with our team to bring the best possible experience at all of our settings.
