I ordered the device that is supposed to train dogs to stop barking. What a load of hooey. I requested to return the item within the allowed time, was given an address to return to. To my surprise, the item was returned to me after 10 days "Return to Sender, Unable to Forward"! They gave me a bogus address!! So I contacted them again, and was given another return address, and this time they actually received it. Of course I was out 3 shipping costs (the original, and the 2 times I had to return it). Also, I tried leaving a review on their website - a scam!! I think they are either fake reviews or they'll only post a review if you give them at least 4 stars.

Unfortunately it does not work when streaming standard quality video. Only the audio goes through. Youtube videos works fine, but f.ex. Netflix does not work.

Absolute piece of rubbish
Ordered a slim card wallet and received something that looks nothing like it was advertised. The quality is incredibly poor, feels very cheap and it is generally in a rubbish condition. I would not recommend anyone buying from this site ever again.

Had enough of their BS.
This is one star too many! Super urinated off. I ordered a Van Gogh diamond dot and it came...yay...only there was one colour missing and a large one at that. I contacted them and have been dealing with ‘Ellen’ who promised me a replacement kit would be sent out and arrive in 2 or 3 weeks. I thought this was pretty good and had no reason not to believe ‘her’.
It’s now been over three months with emails every two weeks. I’ve finally had enough and have given them a deadline of next week for positive action. I’ll be heading to my bank with copies of my emails to prove that had I known they wouldn’t be any good at keeping their word I would have contested the credit card charge at the time. I’m now hoping I can get a chargeback.
Do not shop with these crooks!
UPDATE:
Once I had threatened them with further action they came to the party really quickly but the tracking number was given with no indication of which postal provider I ought to use to track it and this resulted in several more emails that got really curt (blunt and rude with no greetings etc and spelling mistakes galore on their part) by the end. It also didn’t help that they appeare to have gone out of business during this time - their website is basically gone.
I didn’t end up receiving a whole new kit and instead just got the missing diamond dot colour, which is fine...all things considered I’m one of the lucky ones who received anything. I must admit I was expecting my replacement item to maybe something like parcelled up dog poo or similar.
I am really glad they’re out of business but I suspect that it’s more likely to be the case of removing a head from the Hydra just makes another pop up. I’ve learnt to do research on companies before buying anything and I routinely report their ads on Facebook.
Wrong product received.
Ordered a fiber mascara 5/20/18 received a mascara from them, delivered from China, 7/2/2918. Sent them picture of mascara received and told them it was not the mascara I ordered. They then ask me for a picture of the product received. Ummmm. I think I did that already idiots.

I ordered the 3D and 4D fiber mascara almost 2 months ago and have been emailing them since and they only replied by apologizing and asking me to allow 5 to 10 more day. NO! I want my money Back and I'm posting a bad review video on Instagram (which is where I found them at) to let others know not to order anything from them. I emailed them the other day letting them know to cancel the order and refund me and they can play around with the post office to get their product back but somehow I feel as if they haven't even shipped it out. OVER IT! They are the worst and have horrible Customer Service practices and standards. First off they fail to understand that a customer like me, who has worked as a sales rep for different companies and is very aware of how shipping works both national and international, isn't going to put up with the BS they tell us about their shipping issues. They gave me a tracking number and link that takes me to a sight Called TNT.com that says they are now with FEDex and when I enter the tracking number it says it doesn't exist. That would be because they haven't shipped it yet. As soon as UPS, Fedex or USPS gets a package they enter it into their systems and the item can be tracked from their. I found a lot of times with companies I worked for, that when customers called in wanting to know where their packages were, we hadn't shipped them out yet. So Boulevard92 needs to stop underestimating the world and assuming everyone is foolish.

Horrible company!!! I ordered 6 dog training devices in Feb. First they lost my order, then they redid the order. I finally just received my order only 2 were in the package I paid $19.99 each for 6. They ignore you. Then 2 weeks later ask for the packaging label. Why would I keep the package that long. I will be refuting charges on my card and writing to anyone I can about their horrible, horrible service! Buyer beware! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is the WORST customer service company I have EVER dealt with in my life!! So frustrating!! I never write reviews but this one made me mad I had to write one. They sent an email saying my product would take 2 months to come due to delay on production. I immediately emailed them to cancel my order due to delay. Didn’t get a response after I continued to email 4 more times. They finally emailed me after it shipped to say they can’t cancel after they ship. So no refund on shipping. Ridiculous that for 2 months no response until they shipped and then oh so sorry we already shipped so return cost is on you. So ridiculous and what horrible customer relations!!! Never deal with this company!!!!!!
Slow shipping and shady practices
Ordered K-tape from them. Great price. I should have known better. After a week of no shipping notification, I went back and looked at my order confirmation email....said would be 3-5 business days before the order was filled and shipped. Also said that it could take 4 weeks for shipment in USA!!
And of course, I need the K-Tape for an upcoming 1/2 marathon. I emailed the contact email and asked to cancel the order and refund my money since it had not shipped yet. The response I received a day later said “we can’t cancel the order because it has already shipped”. “Here is the tracking number, I don’t know why you didnt receive a tracking email.Sorry for the inconvenience”. I checked the tracking number...wouldn’t you know it. It was received for shipping right before they replied to my email. How coincidental. Now it wont be here until after my race...and I wont need it then. Don’t buy from them unless you have plenty of time to wait.
