I really appreciate the quick turn around I got on estimates for repairs. Thank you!

All the information received was extremely helpful as we planned our purchase. The staff was professional and great to work with.

Love that it shows order of importance and pricing each item out.

The site was very easy to use. The response was quick and provided the information need.

Everything you need in one easy place to refer to when homebuying!

I received my Punchlist estimate just a few days after my home inspection. I like how it broke everything out that needed to be done and that I was able to prioritize the list. They are not actually available in my area to do any of the work, but now I have a printed list that I can show to a handyman who can do what needs to be done in order to sell my house.

Having our inspection report turned into a repairs quote was a very help resource in our decision making to purchase a our home. We were able to get the house inspected and receive the inspection report repairs quote before the submission date for our earnest money. So it really helped give us a sense of security and that we were well informed on the house we were purchasing and the rough cost of any future repairs that might fall on us.

This tool was so helpful for us to amend our purchase agreement after inspection on our new home! The estimate was pretty spot-on from what I guessed It might be and it was very easy to read. The only improvement I could ask for is a slightly quicker turnaround, we had our inspection done on Saturday and I requested the estimate as soon as the link was available that night, but I did not receive the estimate until Monday.

The report was concise and listed all of th repairs and cost in a very clear and useful manner.

Everything went above and beyond with working with you guys. I’d definitely recommend this company

Estimates were provided against each line item on the home inspection report. Happy to get this information handed to me than finding it myself with multiple stores and online.

Excellent and thorough made first time home buying an easier process. Got an appointment within a couple days and will recommend to anybody

Quick turn around from inspection to estimate for repairs. This allowed us to negotiate with seller and meet addeendum timelines.

Great service had a home inspection done on 13 September received my report the following day. Let’s a potential home buyer know what additional they may incur

The costs were easily generated and very detailed. This is very helpful.

I had a great experience, got the estimate super quick.

Pillar to Post is professional, punctual to their appointments, and provide a thorough inspection with follow up summaries. They are a company whose service you can trust.

I would highly reccomend Corey Wallis. He was extremely helpful . I liked the fact that he made time the same day I asked for an inspection especially seeing as how I'm trying to close in 2 weeks .

The response was fast
