Have done 50+ orders. From custom apparel for groups to just my own personal items. Every experience has been great. The few complaints I've had were rectified within a week. Great American company!

Never shipped my items. Two weeks after I placed the order I received an email stating they “were behind”. Another week and no shipment. They sure had my money though. I requested to cancel the order and be refunded because I assume it was never coming. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. Won’t order from them again.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. This company doesn’t value its customers. I ordered two shirts 3 weeks ago and the order still says “preparing to ship.” When I reached out they told me next time I should pay for express shipping. Okay, but it still hasn't shipped so what does that matter? They provided no estimated time. If you need to make the item that’s fine but don’t tell us it’s “preparing to ship.” It doesn’t take a lot of preparation to ship a few shirts. Won’t trust them again.
I've never waited so long for a single item to ship
Placed an order for one pair of joggers on Sept 2nd. One week goes by, I emailed them asking if they will ship out the order. Another week goes by and they confirmed the 2nd week of waiting it was going to ship out that week but of course it never did, so why say it was going to ship out? I was told they had a 'high influx of orders' I've never waited this long for a single item to ship out from almost any other clothing brand. I don't even know why I waited this long to ask for a refund but I did, gave them 2 weeks. Like seriously 2 weeks for one item? It's like they completely disregarded the order. First and last time I'll be ordering

when I contacted them they offered to refund my shipping.
I can't review the product, because I will never get it. Now have to deal with a fraudulent charge on credit card.

Buy it on sale with express shipping
Buy it on sale with express shipping. I've ordered from them a couple of times. The first order I ever placed was swimsuits, on sale, with ultra fast (paid extra) shipping. The suits were good quality and true to size. Came super fast, like 3 days to Hawaii.
Later, I returned for an order of fitness wear. I forgot to click "express shipping". My order VERY nearly got lost in the mail and took nearly a MONTH to arrive. They were willing to re-send it if needed, but it took copious email and a lot of "pushing" to get that offered.
The clothes DID arrive but it took a month on their "free" shipping from the mainland US to Hawaii.
Turns out they were excellent clothes and I love them
I would order again, but only with expedited shipping, and ultra solid tracking.
The clothes have been good so far. The customer service/mail end can be a mess.

Would NOT recommend. The fit for the jeans is extremely small, zero shape, quality not great for the price at all. I returned a pair of jeans that cost 150$ and to return them they charged me 40$. Owch! Not a good experience. No thanks!
Very slow Service
Delivery took a long while, returns too. Good for me I sent the returns with a tracking option, so I knew the package had returned over a week ago. The office took a while to answer every time.
Another thing I realized when organising the return: certain Items don't qualify for returns. That info had to be retrieved from the depths of the FAQs - I learned that by coincidence. So I was just lucky it did not concern my order. Also not so trustworthy.
Since there is no office in Germany I had to order in and return to France. This is quite expensive and an experience that I do not want to repeat - but not really a mistake of Born Primitive.
So all in all I got a real nice 40€-Top for 60€ and quite a bit of nerves. I will learn from that.
They made their mistake right in my book!
I purchased a pair of medium sweatpants which were huge. I returned them for a small, which also were huge. I returned those as well, and tracking said it was delivered to their front desk, but I haven't received a refund. I've emailed many many times with a couple of responses, "we're looking into this".
*** UPDATE ***
I was finally able to get the refund due, I had to call their customer service number and spoke to someone. They processed the return on the merchandise side but something happened where it didn't process it on the payment side. It was a quick & easy fix and I got my refund right away.
I do love this company, I love that they are in the U.S., and their products are really comfortable and durable. I have already purchased a couple of more leggings!

Do not buy from EU sight.I had to return something at a high cost .When the returned item was to be delivered they didn't answer for it .So I'm down. the cost of the return plus the wrong sized item.Stay clear of this disgrace of a company
Product Never Came
Sadly, this place is sketchy. I ordered something - just flat out never came. No phone number to call and emails went unanswered. Thank God I used a coupon, I s'pose. :)
DO NOT TRUST
Ordered a pair of trainers from the EU site. When they arrived they were in a US size not a UK size. NOWHERE on the site did it stipulate or mention that sizes were in US sizing. When i complained about this BP updated their website and said it was there all along! I have screenshots showing this not to be the case. They have also deleted all cached pages ! Shameful behaviour and an awful service.

i purchased a pair of pants. Couldn't even get them over my hips. filled out the return on Friday at 4pm. my question was why if i take a return credit instead of a store credit they are deducting an additional $8.27. the auto response said they would get back within 48 hours. its now Wednesday and have yet to hear anything. Buyer be ware!!!
update... finally got an answer two days ago. they use a third party return company and yes they had a calculation error, they owe me $.77 cause they supply a label for return and deduct $7.50. so when you buy, understand you lose $15.00 on your return. wont ever buy again from them. terrible customer service
SA Branch WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
South African branch is absolutely unprofessional. Sunelle was extremely disrespectful towards me over the phone when she sent me the wrong item. She then blamed me for staining the hoodie, when I made a point to carefully handle it when returning. I have heard of a similar experience from someone I know.
She gives this company a bad image.

I just recieved my order
I just recieved my order. Great customer service, and the bras I received fit well and are very soft and comfortable. The pricing is reasonable and I'm very excited that I'm able to purchase through a Canadian company. I'm looking forward to ordering other items in the near future. Thankyou for your efforts BP.
Horrible customer service, mediocre leggings
Horrible customer service, mediocre products. I purchased a pair of leggings as they advertised flexiblility with movement, softness, etc. Upon reciept, I saw that they were stiff, rigid with very little flex. And definitely not soft. In attempting to contact customer service, I sent 4 emails and 2 messages on social media (per their advertised prompt!?)- NO response. Attempted to return for refund and they do not provide refunds- at least for this particular item- and force you to make another choice if you want to spend your 'credit' with them. I am an athlete, a yoga teacher and generally highly active person. I know what good leggings feel like and what good performance is- def not these! Ugg. Never again. Save your money and go with what ya know.
