So far my experience has always been pretty good. Even one time my order was messed up and items were missing, after I reached out to customer service and they fixed pretty quick.

The products are really good, but people who work (I mean the packing team) can't count till 8. If the set contains 8 products, it means all of them should be delivered, but the 3.

So colorful
I absolutely LOVE the vibrancy of the nail polish and powders, especially the mirror powder. I wiggle my fingers in the sun catching the iridescence of color. Definitely a tried and true brand of the decades to come
