As I live in Bristol I can't comment on delivery, but having phoned first, I was made very welcome and a very nice lady made very sure that the Lewis Ribbon - Wide Brim Fedora was the right size for me. I now have an excellent hat to wear. I know it is a good one not only because it feels right but also people are more polite to me and ladies smile at me more. I would give 6 stars if I could. This is a well-made hat of high quality material, so much better than a chain-store fedora I already had for 60% of the Borges and Scott hat price.

Hat arrived crushed in a flimsy torn box from a Shopify/Amazon warehouse somewhere in Illinois. Wrote them yesterday with pictures of the damage. So far I have been ignored.

Initially happy with the product I hadn’t worn it, it fit well after adjusting the tie inside the brim. it went straight into a newly purchased Panama hat box for the plane as hand luggage and arrived in Dubai in perfect nick.

I wore it for an hour the first time and the fake leather band had broken off which was glued on and really poor quality for a £90 hat, it is not leather as described. I’ve emailed and not had a response about a replacement or refund, I won’t be spending money here again. Pretty poor considering the money spent and similar quality products being sold elsewhere at a much lesser cost, I thought I’d spend more to get a better quality product. I hope others have a better experience.

Bought a beautiful Safari Panama for my Dad to take away on his cruise. Many thanks to Erika for going above and beyond and getting the hat delivered in time for my his birthday.

I called into the shop (factory) in Bristol, a lovely lady (sorry I can't remember) showed me through to the style I wanted and meticulously helped me select my hat, and threw in some freebees to protect it. I've arrived home in New Zealand, unpacked & absolutely stoked with my Panama fedora hat and your amazing service 👏 Thank you!

Although the hat I wanted wasn’t in stock Erika gave me options for a similar hat and prioritised my order and delivery to ensure I had it before my holiday. The quality of the Panama hat is 10/10. Very impressed!

I ordered a Panama trilby which was delivered promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately the small size I choose was a bit tight and I returned it using their free returns service and requested the next size up. I quickly received a replacement hat and I could not be more delighted. The hat is lovely and excellent quality and after adding a couple of cork sizing strips fits perfectly and is comfortable to wear all day.

Delivery says 2-4 days, and it arrived day 3, so that's smashing.
I used their sizing guide, and the fit is absolutely perfect.
The product (Nevis tweed cap) is fantastic. Orb marked genuine Harris tweed that's really beautiful. The lining is extremely soft and comfortable.
I'm very happy, and will definitely shop here again.

Just bought the Panama Dumont Signature. Quality and weave good. However I was expecting Planter style, but brim is narrow and crown not high, compared the the website picture, meaning it looks more like a pork pie hat. The make quality is good and I will keep it as a "Panama Pork Pie".
I would as B&S to add more photo's to give a better idea of proportions to avoid disapointment and returns.
