Stay away from this app. I won 2 jackpots in a day and the second jackpot's winnings got deleted from my account. The app has a message that pops up in set intervals to remind you how long you've been logged in. This message happened to pop up right after my second jackpot win and when I acknowledged/cleared the message the jackpot winnings disappeared. Any attempts through email, live chat and phone calls to customer service have provided no results to fix this issue. I believe this app will take money from you if you win too much. I kept getting these offers for a Reusable 50% deposit match upto 1000 dollars .. So i would deposit a large sum of money just to get an extra 50% of it . I saw an advertisement on Instagram saying deposit 10 get 75 in bonus bets. This following review I promise will be honest and accurate. 72 hours ago I made a $500 deposit on Borgata online casino. I wanted to place a wager on the Eagles game that night. After making deposit I immediately tried placing the bet. It wouldn't accept bet even after attempting to make it at least a dozen times. I then immediately requested a withdrawal so I could place bet on anyone of a number of other online sites. So I withdrew my $500 and I checked
back on site a few hours later to check on progress and my balance which earlier had shown 0 balance because of withdrawal now showed $500. So again I tried making bet. Would not allow it. I then went immediately to the Chat window and over 2 hours later of waiting I get a message on Chat to try back later. I then send off an email to support and 24 hours later receive a reply that my account is suspended. It was a nasty nasty email. Really was. This was also the very 1st time in my life I made a bet on Borgata platform. No explanation of why my account is suspended. Next email asks me for several documents like drivers license front and back me holding my driver's license next to my face and of course front and back of debit card used to make deposit. No problem I sent them over per instructions. I then receive email stating they're still waiting so I send again. Then get email that I needed to sign back of debit card even though the issuer recommends against doing that for security reasons. This is craziest thing I've ever experienced. On top of that my oldest son is getting married tomorrow and I certainly could use that $500 to help my son offset some wedding day expenses. I've explained that several times in earlier communications but they still hold my money and refuse to even offer a reason as to why? If I could offer a negative 10 for a review I absolutely would. This companies behavior borders on the criminal. I honestly believe it may have even wandered into definite criminal behavior. Too bad I can’t give this place 0 stars. My experience has been horrible at Borgata. Let’s start with their customer service. Customer service is extremely unresponsive and incompetent. You’ll wait hours-days for a response and when they do respond, they just pass it off to the operations team and then you wait 3-10 more days for them to respond. I’ve played at Borgata for over a year and they have went way downhill since I first signed up.
Most recently, I was playing one of their daily promotions (Fall Spin The Wheel) promotion. Usually I would only win a dollar on this promotion. Yesterday however, it said I won a $500 casino bonus. I was so happy. To my dismay, the $500 dollar bonus did not credit to my account. I reached out to support, who asked me to provide a screenshot proving I won the $500. I sent them the screenshot and then waited for hours while they “investigated” the issue. When they finally responded, they said that I wasn’t supposed to win the $500 and it was a “technical error”. Unbelievable. I read the terms and conditions of the promotion and it does NOT state that a technical error would void the prize.
At that point, I was done playing at this casino for good. So I decided to withdraw my money from my account. Usually I would receive my funds fairly quickly (within 8 hours). I still have not received my withdrawal, so I AGAIN reached out to customer service. I’ve waited all day for a response and they have finally responded saying “due to a technical error, withdrawals have been delayed”. I’m done with this place. I will fight for my withdrawal but I am not playing here again.
Take it from me, do not waste your money or time at Borgata. What is the point of gambling if they can just claim a “technical error” and steal your winnings away from you! I’ve never had any of the other online casinos treat me like this.
