I have never received my order.

I ordered a zirconia ankle bracelet and never received it. This Company would not refund my 35 dollars back to my account.

The wait time to receive the item seemed very long compared to other online shopping experiences.
The quality of the item is very low. I doubt that I will ever even use it. For a hanging travel/toiletry bag it is small. The compartments do not expand. Nothing what I expected

My order was correct and on time, the product is exactly what was pictured on the site and I received some bonus items that I was not expecting. The packaging was appropriate for my order, I get put off by excessive packaging. I will admit that the estimated dates of arrival are quite a bit longer than most online stores but I think that is only a matter of geographic location.

Exactly what I wanted-an elastic band of curls to wrap around my pathetic ponytail—and it’s even better than I hoped.
Well presented on site; easy to order; timely delivery. Thanks!

I purchased the couple hugging necklace for the wifey and she absolutely adores it. Thank you so much

Never received

So soft I loveeeeee them!!!

Never received the laces after weeks waiting. Return my money

I am still waiting for my purse to be delivered.

The gloves are gorgeous. Exactly as pictured only better. Vibrant color, soft leather and fits nicely. Very happy!!

Never received it. Lifelock says you're a punk.

I never received a ring that i ordered. I have sent multiple emails to the support team and was told that I had to go check at the post office and see if they were holding my package there and check with my neighbors and my husband to see if they had the package. Then i was to report back if the item was found. Never offered a replacement or a refund. Extremely disappointing.

The shipping was quick but the bag is perfect.

The wrong shoes arrived however, I received a prompt refund for the mixup.

I will say the shoes are smaller than expected however, the customer service and prompt attention to the issue were fantastic. I did receive the refund as expected.

I bought a comfy hoodie on boots n bag, package came 3 weeks later and from Temu. Looked nothing like the product as shown on the model.

The description of the boot is not correct. It is made with cheap quality and it is way over priced for the product and materials used. I am very disappointed and definitely will return the item.

Hello! What a great wig you sent me! I have had so many compliments. It’s the brown hair with bangs and length longer in front tapering back to shoulder-length on the sides and back. It is wavy and frames my face so nicely! Thank you BnB Heaven

They are very uncomfortable won’t be wearing them
Can I return them?
