Bought a pack of the blues playing cards - really disappointed by the lack description or previous reviews that point out that only the picture cards have graphics on them. Ace-10 cards are very plain, bland cards. They are of course good quality but, for £17.50 a deck, I'd expect more than just 12 out of the 52 cards to have anything that sets it apart from a standard deck. I sent the product back for a refund but had to pay £3.50 initial delivery and then £4.50 to return them, so it was quite a disappointing experience.

I ordered the framed print of Scotlands goal scorers as a Christmas present. The quality is excellent. Unfortunately the wrong size arrived. I emailed them and got a very quick response and an apology saying sorry for their mistake and the correct size would be sent out. It arrived the next day.
I think this was excellent service and would definitely use them again.

Mug arrived by good time, well packed. I’m sure it will be a good memory for my grandson and bring back memories of a great night they had.

Boot & Ball went above and beyond. The print was fantastic and well packaged but in spite of that Royal Mail damaged the ‘Do Not Bend’ reinforced packaging by folding it in half and pushing it into the letter box. The response was fantastic and even though it wasn’t B&Bs fault they replaced the print for me. I call that amazing customer service.

Mugs were good quality and made a unique present. I had a query and had to email and they responded within 12 hours. Mugs arrived on time and were carefully wrapped.

Ordered three copies of a print. Two days later one copy arrived. I sent an email asking about the two missing prints. I got an immediate response apologising for the error with a promise to send two prints that evening which arrived two days later. Impressed by their admission of the error, their apology and efforts to correct the mistake.
