These people are scam.
I paid them for about 1month + now, and I am yet to see test date.
They dont have contact number and when you send mail, they will tell you they are working on it.
Do not use them guys, they dont worth it

Fake advertisement and misleading…

Fake advertisement and misleading company, completely awful and useless when it comes to booking tests. I've applied for this auto booking system in April, and now its almost July and no news of any kind of appointments for my driving test and they say "With a 99% success rate, we secure your test within 30 days - often much sooner" I've paid £19 for the standard manual booking and + £50 for the automatic booking system, with the system not working I've asked for a refund since this company is worthless and provides false advertisement, and I don't want my money to go to their pockets without providing any kind of service, big news, they won't refund you.

Scammers,
I have been waiting for more than 2 months but test was booked for me. My theory expiry date is coming in close and I lost a lot of time relying on this website. I payed for the cancellation alerts but they were all fake ones and designed to make you feel you missed out and leave you to get their auto booking option. Which I payed extra £50 for. After I paid that I waited 2 months and the support team told me to wait it out because they won’t give me a refund before 2 months. I sent them multiple emails after it has been 2 months but they have no response and I am left with nothing but waste of my time. I will never recommend this website to no one. I would give 0 out of 5 if there was an option. I am considering reporting them the authorities because this is dodgy.

Doesn’t work.

I have had lots of emails from this service and every time I have tried to book within seconds of receiving the email. Every time the DVSA website says there are no tests when/where the email suggested.

I do not trust this service as I have never seen it work.

I am really disappointed in book…

I am really disappointed in book driving test, I registered with them on 10th of May, Afterwhich I was sent a slot but when I went to DVSA site, I couldn't book I was given an option to pay an additional £49 for automatic booking, I paid that to make it easier for me, since then nothing from them, I have sent complaints to them severally of which they responded saying I should be patient, this is almost roughly 6 weeks, I do not want to be quick to call it a Scam, but it's disappointing that I would spend £68 and nothing since 10/5, it's unfair and unacceptable.

NO...I heard back frome book a driving test, and they agreed as they did not find me a test in the suitable time frame they have given me a full refund..

They have emailed me back with politeness and understanding and apologies for not being able to find me a test..and I've had a refund so in all fairness I must update you all with the truth..

I wouldn't recommend the £20 look for a test, as you can't always get on to the gov system in time to book it yourself.

But NO I was not scammed.

Scammers!

It's all fake! They send you notification of driving test slot at 7 am in the morning which doesn't exist.
They will charge your card regardless!
If you upgrade (Pay) for the auto-booking system its Then "Radio silent" despite an advertise 99% success booking in 30 days. Its easy to respond to complaints like they are a legitimate business. Avoid!
I am reporting them to the trading standard and hope more people will do the same.

Worst service ever.I have paid another…

Worst service ever.I have paid another company to book my driving test wile it was 3 weeks waiting with this company to book my driving test.And nothing.The other company booked straight away a closer date to me.Then I asked this company for a refund as I paid twice.once 19£ and once 49£ for automatic booking.And now shamlesly they have sent an email that they have updated my driving test.And how do I find their service.Are they kidding me? Disappointed

Some months ago I paid for the automatic booking service for July/August. I have seen tests being advertised on Testi for these months but this website has not booked any of them for me. I have heard nothing from them. At this point extremely disappointed and baffled how the other reviews appear positive.

SCAMMERS! Don't bother, poor customer service and just pointless overall!

A true modern day money making scam!

Absoloutely livid to be £19 out of pocket after 'subscribing', to what I don't even know? Somebody tell me?

All I got was a load of emails one after the other and despite doing what was required all it does in the end is take me to the DVSA website, so what's the difference in using this sh*t service compared to just ordinarily going on the DVSA website and searching regularly for a cancellation?

They're refusing to give my money back by saying that as I receive notifications about available slots, the 'package' becomes non-refundable.

What do they mean by package? I've not benefitted or gained anything for my money?

This company (if you can call it that) should be closed down and put out of business, never known such a farce! Absoloutely raging!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid for the auto booking service back in April as my original driving test date was months away in September. At the 30 day mark they had not found me an earlier test date so I was about to cancel especially as I managed to go on the DVSA website and get an earlier date in August myself. I then had an email from them to say they had booked me and earlier test which was an hour earlier than the test I had booked myself. I was not Pleased . Luckily This turned out to be a glitch on their system, but I had lost confidence in them by then. Getting a refund for the non service I have had has not been straight forward, communication is poor and I have had to chase them a few times and still haven't received the refund yet. I am very disappointed as I had high hopes for this App but this service has not worked out for me and Thier customer service leaves a lot to be desired

Poor service, ignoring emails

Shocking service. Booked me a test twice at the wrong test centre, only after i emailed, they clarified it had been a mistake. After 60 days i emailed asking for a refund as states in their policy. It’s been over two weeks now and no reply despite them replying to me before within a day! Wouldn’t mind if i could get a full refund but they seem to be ignoring it.

SCAM!

I registered, they emailed saying they'd found a test - which had obviously gone when I tried to book it - so I paid the additional fee to have them 'book automatically' on my behalf next time a cancellation came about and I've heard absolutely nothing for 3 weeks! Total scam!

I want to get notification when a slot comes free, so i did but none of them existed, so i emailed them and ask for a refund but i got no reply and nothing and now that website doesn't even exist.I wish i could do 0 stars.

Terrible experience after months of using the app I eneded up biking my own test using a different app, requested a refund on a few occasions not had a refund or anyone contact me
