Failed to delivery on time + Product not as described
Ordered a gift for my mother several weeks in advance with a set delivery date. Order didn't arrive and only after chasing customer services did they let me know there was a warehouse issue and my order wouldn't arrive for 2 more days. Disappointing after ordering so far in advance that there was no communication at all that there might be an issue. Customer services refunded delivery, blaming warehouse staff and offered 10% off the next order but I certainly won't be shopping there again after the experience. Can't speak to the quality as the order still hasn't arrived.
If you'd like your product to arrive on time or if it's a gift I would go elsewhere.
+++ UPDATE
My order arrived today and the gift recipient outlined the dried flowers were quite sad looking, not matching the images on the site, and considerably smaller than the measurements provided.
Please don't believe all the positive reviews, looking on social media there seems to be a lot of influencer marketing / paid for feedback.
If you want your special occasion to go well then shop elsewhere.

We also apologize if you were not informed ahead of the time for the delay as this was an unforeseen incident and the warehouse didn't expect there would be an issue fulfilling the order with the stocks at hand and we only were made aware when we reached out to follow up with the order when it was raised hence our CS team were not able to send out an email to provide a heads up.
We know how important it is for all boxes to arrive on time, especially to those that intended their gift boxes for special events and we understand the inconvenience this has caused.
We already shared your feedback with the team as we value all our customer's feedback and we use these to help us improve our services.
We may have fell short in meeting your expectation with this order and for that, we offer our sincerest apologies for what has happened with your order.

We also sent an email directly to you to provide more information to address what action we will further take in hopes we can somehow make up for all the inconvenience.

Great products but delivery timeframe not great
Great products and the ordering process was easy however delivery has taken much longer than expected - I ordered a week ago and the box still has not been delivered. I have been refunded the delivery cost however the purpose of ordering with Bookblock was to get a gift to a friend within a few days.

Great service and quality of products

A mother's day gift with a difference! My Mum loved her mother's day surprise. A great alternative to a bunch of flowers. Beautiful gifts and very reasonably priced. I really like that you can accumulate points to spend in future too. I will definitely be using Bookblock for my gifts in future.
