Awesome experience at the Winnipeg location. First time purchasing glasses and it was so easy. I was given great suggestions and assisted by really knowledgeable people. Thank you to the Winnipeg BonLook! I will definitely be suggesting them to friends.

I went into the Burlington location. I was helped by Diana and Nav. My experience was excellent. In fact, it was exceptionally great. I am very pleased with their professionalism and knowledge.

I have bought two pairs of glasses at BonLook now, and can not recommend them more! My first pair held up well for 3 years (in fact the frames are sturdy enough that I'm going to get new lenses for them and keep wearing them). It is so refreshing to pay such a low price point for trendy, quality frames, and great customer service. There is really nothing else out there like BonLook!

David the optician in Laval was amazing in getting my lenses fixed. He went above and beyond and took care of me and as promised, he followed up with me the next day. This is what I call taking ownership of your job! Thank you

Fantastic prices.

The staff is nice. I just wish they gave more advice and recommendations. Other places I’ve been too have told me what to look forward based on the shape of my face, bridge of my nose, where glasses should fit and what works best with the shape of my eyebrows. Here you’re on your own. Not really specialists I guess just sales people. That extra touch was missing for me.

Jade at SQ1 was super helpful, friendly and professional. She helped pick out suitable lenses, helped me order lenses, and even cleaned and anti-fogged my old glasses/lenses!

Love the in-store interaction. The sale associates are super helpful and fun to talk too. They didn’t make the process feel rushed and were just so friendly.

It's always a pleasant experience at Bonlook. I'm in Winnipeg so I go to the store at Polo Park and Fletcher is a sweetheart. I definitely recommend.

The BonLook staff and doctor at the square one location are exceptional. I would recommend this location to anyone I know looking for new frames or an eye exam! And on top of this, their selection of unique frames are beautiful.
