I had a wonderful experience in your store on Notre Dame st., Montreal. As soon as I entered I was greeted by a sales rep. The rep understood my needs and proceeded to show me many different frames I could choose from and I’m thrilled with my choice.

My first visit to BonLook was also my first time getting prescription sunglasses. Super-friendly and helpful staff explained really clearly how it all worked and what the options were for frames and the type of lens. No rushing, no up-selling, and very professional advice when asked. An excellent experience!

I received a great service in the store. Na jot was very helpful and even after few occasions I been to the store the associates are friendly. I got 2 glasses and they called me when they are ready and when I also picked it up they gave me the time to make sure my glasses are great to go and if there is any adjustment needed.

So far so good. I have not received the glasses yet but the initial purchase was delightful. The two you g ladies working that day were a total breath of fresh air.

From the moment I was into the Chinook Centre Bonlook location I was treated extremely well. I was styled by Noelle. I’m sorry I did not get the name of the optician who assisted me.
