It is a great store, the staff is really nice and helpful. The prices are great and the quality is there. I will definitely be back to buy my next glasses. I went to the Galeries d’anjou location and the lady who helped me was very nice, and answered all my questions (I did not get her name).

Great customer interaction. I actually found what I wanted and needed! Plus I really enjoyed the shopping experience.

Cette Dame est un bijoux de par son approche, sa gentillesse et sa douceur avec les clients. Un très gros MERCI Madame pour être qui vous êtes. J’ai choisi BonLook pour le prix et le concept. Je n’ai pas aimé mon expérience avec les stylistes parce que j’ai l’impression que l’objectif c’est de rallonger la facture sans expliquer clairement les options que l’on va payer. Quand on cherche à comprendre le pourquoi, les explications ne sont pas claires. C’est dommages. J’ai retiré une option à 60$ et j’ai finalement obtenu ce qui correspond le mieux à mon besoin. Si les stylistes sont là pour aider à choisir, il serait pertinent de les former à écouter le besoin du client aussi et qu’ils soient plus aptes à expliquer le pourquoi des options qu’ils veulent vendre.

I came just before closing and I didn’t have an appointment to have my glasses adjusted But Dédé and Eileen were so kind. Dédé adjusted my glasses while Eileen explained to me the procedures.

Excellent, friendly service! The woman helping me was fabulous. With such a great selection, I was able to choose exactly what I wanted quickly and easily. She adjusted the sunglasses a couple of times and I was good to go. Thank you!
