Don’t buy from this site. They are in the Netherlands under another name and have many sites under different names including Bondimode. All products come from China and arrive in poor condition (not fit for purpose) and they do not give you a return even though they say so and take forever to give you a return address. I have recently had this bad experience. I spent $38 to return and have since been trying to recover my money and never heard back from them.

They advertise some shoes as being "orthopedic" and charge over $80 AUD which is standard for that kind of shoe. She shoes I received are cheaply made with no arch support. They look cute like the photo, but they are like something you'd buy on Temu for $20. I should have read reviews online first, but they do a great job of appearing on Google key word searches and their website looks legit. Don't fall for it like I did.

RED ALERT 🔔 They are not Sydney based as the name suggests they are droppshipping company. They highlight on the front of there page 14 day money back satisfaction guarantee but what they don’t tell you that’s in the small print return shipping costs are yours as they are coming from China(which is also not mentioned) the costs are extremely high not worth it. The quality is not there also I was offered a 20 and 30 percent refund but I refused there offer. I initiated a dispute with pay pal and they offered me a 60 percent I accepted but still out $50 and with boots that I would be embarrassed to give to anyone else as also provided the wrong size.

If I could leave zero stars I definitely would. I ordered the Amelia oversized sweater and I thought I would get a 5XL as I wanted it to be very oversized.

I normally wear a size 20 at the very most. This was like trying to squeeze a watermelon into a sausage skin.

The quality of the fabric is absolutely appalling and I've purchased better items from Temu.

I do believe if you got near an open flame with this on, you would probably catch fire.

I'm really really pissed off as I waited for a good two weeks for this to turn up. It is not next day shipping and it comes straight from China.

Do yourselves a favour and read the reviews before you purchased from this website.

I actually can't think of anything nice to say at all except the colour of the sweater is a lovely shade of green.

This is not a thick material. It's a very shiny thin material with zero labels at the back of the neck. This is truly a cheap and nasty piece of clothing that realistically probably cost a couple of dollars to make and is not worth the $79 that it retails for currently. When this is not on sale, it retails for $118.50 which is absolutely laughable.

When ordering they state the following: "- Once an order is placed, we take 1 - 2 working days to process the order. During the week it takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or at the weekend it may take a little longer.
- Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and delivery typically takes 5–10 business days to Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand.
We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers."

This is blatantly untrue. 15 business days later after placing my order I have no confirmation of delivery.

The jacket was way too small and no refund ,I would have to send the jacket to China at my expense which would cost more than the value of the jacket.Never to buy anything from this shop again 🤨

Ordered silver sandals. They emailed that they didn’t have them and offered another color. I said no and they wouldn’t cancel my order and give me a refund. Terrible company. Do not order from them.

I was sent the wrong size shoes, they say they will give a refund if I return them to china at my expense. It costs too much , they offered a 10% refund after I sent them a video to prove . But I am still waiting.

I am completely astounded by the supreme quality of the clothes available at Bondimode. They are actually well-matched to my size, made of the fabric of the highest quality, and were perfectly delivered in no time. Definitely a trustworthy choice.

Never buy from this company. It is cheap Chinese clothing, not the quality advertised. Cashmere jumpers are really made from synthetic and they will do anything to avoid providing a refund. I am still waiting. I also ordered two blouses and only one arrived with no explanation. Also still waiting for a refund.
