Seen them on social media, liked their products and made 3 purchases....arrived within a couple of days. Quality excellent for the price & love the trainers....would buy again

Shocking behaviour from this business. One lie followed by another and another. I would be very wary of purchasing anything from a business such a low moral compass

This company is a fraud. Anyone dealing with them should just prepare for a heartbreak and that is certain. They'll be nice to you @ the initial stages like respond to your inquiries, call you, return your calls, mail you, reply your mails but only until you make payment.
Once payment is made, you'll never reach them on phone or get them to reply your emails. Their customer service desk simply shuts down and goes on vacation.
Initially I thought it was just a lousy customer service desk until i was told a bare faced lie and that was the last day i ever reached them on phone after payment. Some guy confirmed receipt of payment and also confirmed that my order had been dispatched and that i should take delivery in about 5 days. On requesting for the tracking number, he responded that he will send it and hung up. They never picked any calls afterwards, never responded to any emails, communication just went dead. I realized then that it was a scam and i had been swindled.
Luckily, through the intervention of the bank i was finally refunded after almost 3 months. Needless to say, i got the product i intended buying from them from elsewhere and it was delivered long before FRAUD-street returned my money not by freewill but the bank being instrumental.
Please if you hear bond-street, avoid it!!!

if i had my way there would be no stars at all. no one ever picks their phones, emails are never answered and their so called online chat is a complete joke! been waiting for almost two months now for a ring and had to contact my bank to get back my money because these fraudsters failed to deliver. had ordered a ring and it came fine and i thought they were trustworthy but im beginning to think that was a glitch. do not go near these people or u would be sorry.

You know how hard it is to trust online services with so much fraud going on. You can't just buy stuff from every website or even shops trust has become so rare to find its unbelievable. By pure luck I found bond street when I was browsing online and looked at there prices and model and found it very suited to what I was looking for. I called up the place and a lady called Elana picked and guided me through every question I had made feel like I was talking to a friend rather than a sales lady she even gave me ideas how I can propose as I had no idea so far very friendly of her. When it comes down to the quality the rings it self is very elegant very shinny very strong not a cheap ring you can tell my opinion is I'm glade I've made my choice by bond street I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to put a smile on there future wife to be persons face :) prices are affordable as well not crazy like some places I've looked. Once the security checks where done the delivery came in 20 hours you can track your item online. I hope this helped

I find that most people are quick off the mark to complain if they receive bad customer service and do nothing when the receive excellent service. I was lucky to encounter and have the pleasure to deal with an excellent friendly member of your team called Sammy. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I would recommend your company solely on the basis of the service I relieved from sammy!! The man is a credit to your company and I feel that this should be acknowledged thanks for guiding me through such an important task as choosing an engagement ring! I couldn't be happier
