Order did not arrive - Updated: Order arrived with delay.
Order did not arrive. No communication from their “customer service” even after multiple messages. Website is buggy. Very disappointed. Do not use this service or their bolo.bh service. This service seems like it is a scam and ought to be reported to Abu Dhabi authorities if this service does not improve and continues to take payments but not fulfilling deliveries.
Update: got an email 2 days after the supposed delivery date that the item had arrived at their US sorting center. That's a full 2 weeks waiting for a shipment that i needed for my business with a particular client. According to the email it should take another 3 days to reach the UAE, from where it may take another 24 to 48 hours to get shipped to Bahrain.

January 17 - order arrived and immediately after receiving the order got a call from the UAE verifying that the order was received and if possible to update my review.
Couple of things to note:
1.) if there are issues with shipment - such as inclement weather conditions (as what they claim was the issue for the delay) then a detailed email could have been sent to put the shopper at ease.
2.) part of that email could have been a tracking number from the shipper to bolo collection center in the USA.
3.) when clients send an inquiry, get back to their inquiry in 24 hours - i sent an inquiry through more than once to try to get someone to just put me at ease that what I paid for I will get.
4.) improve the website. Upon refreshing my browser or logging in to my account sometimes the information being populated is of other people. I can see their email and phone numbers. This can cast doubt on the security of the website.
If they improve on these their service can be a great service. Will I order from them again. I will try their service out one more time to see.
