Can’t recommend shopping at Boinclo
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend shopping with Boinclo. I ordered multiple items, and two of them had issues — one item was completely wrong, it was another product, and the other did not match the description.
(I also spoke with a friend, who mentioned that they often send out the wrong items. And then you have to hassle with returns back and forth)
I reported the problem just a few days after receiving the order, and I sent photo documentation shortly after. I wasn’t able to return the items immediately and ended up shipping them back a couple weeks later. Still, this is well within a reasonable period under EU consumer law and Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven § 81).
Despite the fact that they sent the wrong item, and that I followed all proper steps, they refused to refund me to my original payment method. Instead, they issued a store credit and claimed that the return was too late. They completely ignored the legal distinction between regular returns and claims based on incorrect or faulty items, which fall under warranty law — not their store policy.
They make mistakes but refuse to take responsibility. When things go wrong, their customer service hides behind rigid internal policies instead of acknowledging their legal obligations.
I would not recommend shopping here. If something goes wrong, they won’t help you.
