Had a full boiler breakdown during the cold snap and needed to sort a new combi boiler asap. Got in touch and they were able to quote, sort the finance out and book in my appointment to fit the boiler only a few days later. The 3 guys came by 9am as agreed and the whole thing was done in a day and working so quickly and efficiently. They had to return the next morning to finish up couple of things, but again turned up first thing and were done within the hour. They were clean and tidy, took all the rubbish as well as the old parts with them and when they packed up for the day, tidied up the kitchen and swept, so you wouldn't even know they had been there! So impressed, would highly recommend.

Contacted on a Saturday, got an appointment for the Wednesday, all work was completed on the day, excellent 👍

Very pleased with the service we have just received from Gary and the team and Flowrite.

Having had my boiler pack up late afternoon, they were really good on helping me decide which new unit to replace with. It was very refreshing Gary was more interested in finding me the right boiler, instead of trying to sell me up to something I simply didn't need.

Installation day was a smooth as can be. Arrived exactly when they said they would, and cracked on at some pace.

I went from a broken boiler to a new unit all in less than 20 hours.

Gary at flowritesw was fantastic!
After putting our details on boiler guide on Saturday morning he contacted us super quick and gave us a honest quote at a good price and promised he could have the work done by Tuesday.
Low and behold Tuesday came and he was here to do all the work. He took out and disposed of our old boiler and fitted a brand new one of our choice and was honest in saying our flue was in perfect working order so did not need to replace it and he would take £200 off our costs.
Would highly recommend.

I couldnt fault him. He was not only friendly but went above and beyond to ensure it was done properly. Hit many problems along the way and even stayed until 8pm first night and then came back on saturday with a pump to ensure it was working. Couldnt thank him enough. Would give him 10 stars if i could

Garry was friendly, polite, efficient, reliable and thorough in his work. He responded quickly with a quote and delivered and fitted the boiler on the day we arranged. He worked hard for the duration fitting a new Baxi boiler and cleaned up after his work. The boiler is fantastic and made in Britain......thank you..
