Efficient valve installation for 10 radiators
They installed a series of thermostatic valves on 10 radiators, done in one day and whilst we were on holiday. Very clean work, and all working fine. They always follow up with messages to check that things are still good.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing, called yesterday and reported an issue with the boiler which was staying on and after providing my details they sent me a quote for the visit which I accepted and paid the deposit for. Five minutes later I was contacted to provide convenient times and appointment was booked for the following day. The engineer arrived at 8 am today checked the boiler explained the issue and resolved the problem in one hour. Cleaned the area where he worked and left it tidy. I would definitely recommend them and will keep their contact for the bathroom refurbishment which I am planning to do in October. 10/10. Honest and hard working people! Thank you for the service

Boiler & Heating Care refurbished my bathroom to an exceptional standard. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The office staff were friendly and very responsive, and the builders were professional, tidy, and clearly skilled at what they do. The initial survey was incredibly informative, I was kept in the loop every step of the way and always felt reassured. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Highly recommend!

Worst customer experience I've ever had. Booked them to fix my boiler. They seemed pleasant and competent at first, though they insisted I pay for lots of extras – a total of £730. But afterwards the boiler was still broken/losing pressure. When I asked if they could fix their work they became incredibly arrogant and defensive, saying they hadn't made any mistakes and if I wanted the boiler fixed it must be other problems they hadn't diagnosed (even though that was surely their job?) and it would cost lots more money. The boiler repair guy treated me like a moron for expecting him to have repaired my boiler. Now looking at trading standards, consumer rights – I'm £730 poorer and my boiler is still broken! Just a terrible, terrible company that should be avoided at all costs. Can only assume the positive reviews got a different engineer or didn't have further issues to fix. It was really in the aftercare that they showed their true character... [PS. regarding their response below, this is full of lies. They never came round to do a "free follow-up visit" as they claim. The whole issue is they did no such thing and they know it. Now they are claiming they did! I never called them any names over the phone either, unless you count 'patronising'. These people are such liars it makes my head spin. Please please avoid so you don't meet the same fate.]

They were able to identify the problem that the manufacturer couldn't, and the solution was quick and a lot less expensive. I'm using them for another plumbing issue as well.

Avoid, dont expect them to care.
Avoid. I read positive reviews so hired an engineer to fix an emergency leak and a dripping shower. They sent the head of the company, he was great with the leak so whilst he was there I asked him to fix the shower also. After an hour, he said he was done, replaced the cartridges inside. He said its 99% going to work. The shower was still dripping but he assured me it will stop and the showerhead is just draining. A few days went by i kept testing and waiting for the shower to stop dripping. It was so much worse than before.
So I got in touch. Assuming he would want to fix the job he didnt resolve. Instead i was charged with an extra 550 quid on top of the 627 Id already paid. This is not right. As the problem wasnt ever fixed or correctly identified. I refused the quote and I was met with an early morning aggressive phone call, being patronised spoken down to like I was born yesterday. His attitude and hostility was a totally different person to before. Completely no space to understand that he never resolved the issue or desire to feel responsible for making it worse. Multiple times i tried to speak calmly to explain to him how it feels unjust to be quoted so much more. He was completely disrespectful and kept drilling in how he has 25 years of experience. If he did, maybe he would have better customer service and responsibility to issues made worse by him.
He shouted so much i had to eventually politely decline and look for another plumber. Leaving this review here so people can see the truth.
*you can do one job well and fail another, i was grateful for their fixing of the leak emergency call out, the shower however was left in a worse state, making me out to be ungrateful and entitled further proves that they dont feel responsible for having made it worse. I paid them in full regardless so its not free labour and never said I wont pay again, just doubling it almost seemed extortionate.Deflecting from their aggression and approach is a huge red flag as this was the main reason for the review. In their eyes, if you dont just accept whatever they quote you then you are dumb and entitled, prepare for an early morning phone call to be shouted at and your problems not to be fixed.
They are also reporting and removing negative reviews across all platforms

Boiler Service Plus
Central Heating boiler service carried out by Marvin together with fix of irritating whistle when in use on hot tap of bathroom wash hand basin. Once again prompt, respectful, polite, helpful, efficient and thorough. It is good to know that if ever there are gas central heating or plumbing issues, this company will resolve with the least fuss and optimum competency. And a shout out to the office staff (Evis) who receive and manage enquiries with equal care and professionalism. Always my first and only call for any heating/plumbing concerns.

Really responsive team, they were able to come out the same day and had all the parts they needed with them to complete the repair. Super convenient to be able to coordinate it all on WhatsApp too.

My Ideal boiler was repaired and…
My Ideal boiler was repaired and serviced by Marvin. He was thorough, polite, cleaned up everything. He sorted out the problem and checked the whole system to make sure there were no other issues. Not the cheapest but very reliable and really excellent service. Would definitely recommend the company.
