Purchased a pair of boots from the site in November. Took over a month to receive. The quality is TERRIBLE. First of all, the boots smelled like they were soaked in chemicals. I had to put them outside to air them out and months later, they still smell horrible. Second, the sizing is WAY OFF. I have never deviated from my size and these ran 1/2 to 1 size too small. I sent a message to customer service and they told me they have a 15-day return policy and that I was outside of it. Posting this review to warn folks that, while their marketing is great, the product is not so great.

Started to order some paper towels. Reasonable amount of towels for $19. Almost clicked “buy” when I saw they were going to charge $21 for standard shipping. These people are crooks from Hell to breakfast.

Scam!!!! Stay away. They take your money and dont send no product!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered a handbag And it is junk. I could have literally gone to the dollar store and bought this handbag and saved myself $40 Plus shipping. No returns no refunds. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

I feared for my life to wear them that a spark might send my boots up in flames :) All kidding aside, for 40 dollars I would have expected better. I mean if they were 10 bucks, I could see, but you can buy quality name brand boots on sale for less than that. I've been duped. I also heard they don't take returns so a 40 dollar lesson for me and now the boots are in the trash.

donot buy from this company. ordered products on 12/12/19 and still have not received.Some products still in China,asked for credit and they just make excuses. Will fill dispute with credit card company

This is a terrible company. I bought boots, they have NO padding and are unbelievably uncomfortable. The return policy? Six hours from when you place your order. SIX HOURS> When you review the boots, the admin won't approve your negative comment. Only the 5 star comments (which are probably fake) get approved. So disappointing.

If there was a zero stars they’d get a negative. I have never experienced such horrific customer treatment. I ordered two sets of boots that were way too small, felt like wooden shoes, no cushion, and were virtually unwearable. I requested a return label and a refund. I was flatly denied. I paid 77 dollars for two pairs of boots that I cannot wear and frankly, no one would ever wear. Extremely poor quality and stink of what smells like pain thinner.
I will never ever order from this scam website again. I recommend that anyone who reads this think twice before ordering. They take your money and will never honor your complaint or ever refund your money. Please heed this warning!!

products never shipped! I found the same products that they pass off as authentic, even on aliexpress and other sites! they ignore you, they don't respond anywhere and they cancel all negative comments. they should be reported to the police
