Be very careful ordering online with Boho Beach Hut. They DO NOT refund returns with original form of payment They only refund with a store credit. Any company today that refuses to refund your original form of payment is certainly a red flag as it shows the company does NOT stand behind their product. I did not realize Boho had this horrible return policy until after ordering. as it certainly was not publicized in bold on their website! I will NOT order from them again and now I have to use store credit for products that I am not impressed with.

I would give them zero stars, but I can’t. The quality of the shorts I purchased was not acceptable. They will not refund my money. Only will give a store credit. And you have to foot the bill for the return. I don’t know how this is acceptable. I should have read the return policy. Don’t shop here.

I ordered a blouse. It looked quite nice in the photos, but it turned out to be an absolute piece of crap very cheaply made and ill fitting. I wanted to send it back for a full refund, but they don’t give refunds out—just exchange . It’s no wonder they have this policy—nobody would keep their clothing if they didn’t have to. I wish I had seen all of the other poor reviews before I ordered from them.

Don't be tempted. Sizes wrong, fabric poor quality, and return policy is deceptive.

Yep, I get the angle. Less about the back-and-forth and much more **STAY AWAY, the actual product is appalling**, then use your experience to explain why.

Honestly, STAY AWAY from this company. The quality of their garments is absolutely appalling and I would never in my life recommend Boho Beach Hut to anyone.

I spent around $75 on ONE piece of swimwear and could not believe what arrived. The fabric is ridiculously cheap, thin and sheer. You can literally see my nipples AND my tattoos straight through the swimmers. For something that costs $75, the quality is honestly shocking and nothing like what I expected from the photos online.

Then it gets worse.

The sanitary sticker wasn’t even attached to the swimmers when they arrived. It was literally loose inside the packaging. So I received an intimate garment with absolutely no way of knowing whether someone else had previously tried it on. DISGUSTING.

I contacted them immediately and have spent weeks trying to get this resolved. I’ve provided photos, videos and everything they asked for, yet they still refuse to cover the cost of returning an item that arrived like this. They expect me to spend even more of my own money shipping their terrible product internationally back to them.

So I’ve basically wasted $75 on a swimsuit that I would never wear because it is both ridiculously see-through AND arrived without the sanitary sticker attached.

Seriously, STAY AWAY and spend your money somewhere else.

I would never in my life recommend this company to anyone, unless you want unsanitary swimwear that you can literally see your nipples through.

I wish they had minus stars. The dress I ordered does not fit and when I go to return it, it says not eligible for return. I called the number on the website and they don’t answer during business hours. Just have you leave a message. I’ve also sent emails which I have not received a response. My next step is to stop the credit card charge from going through.

Horrible quality of clothing. Looks nothing like the photos and you can only return for store credit. Shipping is lengthy and their clothing quality is less than 1 star. Do not buy from them I returned 2 dresses and got store credit only to order to pieces of clothing that looked like they were from the dollar store

The product I received was not the same product I ordered. It was similar in style but poor quality and cheap looking. When I attempted to contact the company for a return they do not return correspondence.

I ordered some shorts off their website August 3rd for an August 15th event. Never received them. After multiple emails, I've never heard back from them. They are a total SHAM company. I've had to learn this lesson the hard way with other online purchases. Hopefully I will learn to always look up unfamiliar vendors on TrustPilot before purchasing. I've filed a fraud claim with my bank to dispute the charge. So shady.

Not the same shirt, size, look, material. Another fashion scam

I hate to give it even one star...The white sweater top is practically see through and the sleeves reach nearly to my hips. This product is a joke. Completely unwearable! And the blue multi stripe 'sweater' I purchased in 'large' is so tiny it only comes to my belly button and is also see through. Cheap quality and unwearable products. Extremely disappointed. Refund policy is also a joke. What a dismal waste of money.

Order from them a second time because I had a gift card from a return. Guess what??? The service was even worse than the first time, my package never arrived! I tried contacting them several times without any luck. I will never buy from this website again or recommend it.

I ordered two items from their website. Both were extremely poor quality and looked nothing like they did in the pictures. I am now going through the return process and it's extremely difficult. Stay away from this company

Please don’t shop on this website! The customer service is pretty much non existent and non-responsive. There are no refunds just exchange for credit. The products are so cheaply made and fit is unflattering. I hope the business closes down so others don’t fall trap to what others have experienced.

If I could give zero I would. Bought two dresses that cost over a hundred dollars each. And it came missing the straps and they won’t respond to me. Run far away from this place

The size is not according to there size guide, the product is cheap, the quality is poor. Do not buy!!!

Poor quality and nonexistent customer service. I ordered a swim cover-up for my wife and was extremely disappointed when it arrived. The fabric looked and felt very cheap, and the stitching was noticeably poor. It looked nothing like the quality suggested by the photos on the website. What made the experience much worse was the customer service. Their website prominently advertises “45 Day Returns,” yet I contacted customer service three separate times requesting a return and received absolutely no response. After getting nowhere with the company, I finally had to dispute the charge through American Express. Cheap-looking product, poor construction, and a return policy that was effectively useless because nobody would respond. I would not order from Boho Beach Hut again.
