Body Health made it extremely difficult to cancel. I sent a message on their website to contact us with my subscription saying I wished to stop 2 weeks before next product. They asked me if I confirm I no longer wanted it. I did and thought that was the end of it. But then they still sent it. It seems like they are trying to trick you into getting another product before you realize it didn’t go through. When I talked to them on the phone finally, they cancelled it in seconds. It sounded like they knew their process was shady and were used to people being upset and didn’t care. SCAM!

I have been using perfect amino’s for several years & love the whole line the quality is great you get what you pay for$$$ I had never gone through the website only brick&morter stores I recieved an online order that wasn’t what I was expecting I reached out they graciously solved my issue. I also learned it’s more cost effective to order from the source.

Excllent customer service. Michelle was fantastic to work with. Love the product, I ride my mountain bike and toad bike about 4000km per year. I have used perfect amino daily for about a year now and have noticed a difference in my recovery and increase in power output since using it.

I had a package missing from body health, they made it easier than ever to make sure I received my package. Thanks to Bekah and her management they got me my package coming in the mail now. Excited to try it out!

This company truly cares about the satisfaction of its customers. I was a fairly new customer when I ran into an issue: I ordered a limited-edition PerfectAmino flavor that I ended up not enjoying. I reached out to customer service to initiate a return and Bekah, the representative who helped me, generously offered an exchange for a different flavor free of charge, bypassing any troublesome return process.
