I only received something to download. A waste of money. Really annoyed as I need a book as advertised. I regard this as false advertising.

Like many others I wish I had read the reviews before I bought what I thought was a hardback book. ITS NOT!!!
I have been waiting patiently for my book to arrive only to discover that I have paid
£20 to download these recipes. It’s a complete waste of money.

Ordered what I believed to be a hard back air fryer recipe book. Order confirmed then another email with link to digitally download it. It is a scam. They offer refund within 30 days if not satisfied which I am not. However I am not holding my breath. If it does not happen I will be seeking recompense through credit card. Just hope this can help other people

Its a scam. the book shown is a hardback cookery book and you receive a link to a download which doesn't work. The help email just bounces and i am waiting to see if the contact-us page does anything either. will be reported to FB as a scam. do not buy.

I wished I had checked the reviews before I bought this book. Like Lorraine mentioned below thought was an actual book not a download. Nothing on the page about it being a download. Please don’t buy from this company they are ripping people off

Ordered what I believed to be an hard copy of “ air fryer fix”recipe book and only recd download of it - I emailed and explained I requested an actual book as the advert shows but being fobbed off about it being in the small print -( which is only displayed on order confirmation) Sent several emails but they refusing to refund - even with the 30 day money back guarantee . Shocking!!

Ordered a recipe book for the air fryer, only to receive and electronic version. The advert clearly shows the item as being hardback. Not until you receive your invoice payment, that it states as an electronic item. I have requested a refund as per their 30 day money back guarantee, but they are proving somewhat elusive.

I would seriously avoid them and have reported them as a SCAM setup.

Absolutely appalling company. I paid for a physical book and received a crappy pdf for £19.90. I contacted to ask for a refund IMMEDIATELY, as it states a full refund within 30 days. They refused this. I said that I ordered a book. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. It's a con.

Like other customers I would give zero stars if i could. The same experience as every else - took my money, no book and incomplete download. Absolute scam and I’m so annoyed with myself for falling for it! Please do not attempt to buy anything from this company / they are completely fraudulent and there is no way of contacting them. Everything just bounces back.

No physical book as shown in the advert, and the telephone number does not connect, in true scam style.

Advert leads one to believe that you are purchasing a physical book, but it is just a download of an e- book. No pictures, as shown in the advert, total waste of money

Should be minus 10 as the company is a complete hoax and scam.

Book never received and download was incomplete.

Email them and it bounces back as bad link.

Try and phone them and the number does not exist

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I wouldn’t even give this company one star total scammer the book you see for air fryer recipes all you get is a download complete rip off do not order of this company. You will lose your money. BE WARNED.

Inability of company to mention that the book is only a download and Nott an actual book. The ad is deceptive in every way
