I never received an order from December. No reply from numerous emails.

TOTAL SCAM Same story as so many others I'm reading on here - ordered in December, had an email to say it had been shipped and then no replies to my many emails enquiring where my order was.

Scam , scam Alert !! Placed an order November 30, 2023 and still waiting . Never received an answer to email , never could track item . Now March 2024 it says store is NOt available !! What a scam , shame on them and shame on me for giving them my money !

I purchase an item from them in November paid with my credit card, they then sent me an email informing me that the item had been shipped with name of shipping co. and tracking no. than on the 10th of December the shipping co inform me that the shipping had been cancelled to contact the suppliers
so I tried by using their email address and so far after 5 o 6 emails have not had one reply, I think the emails are going into a junk box. So I am thinking it's a scam

Purchased an item on the 30th of November 2023, and have had no correspondence despite several emails explaining tracking information is inaccurate/no delivery has been made.

The website states the support team is 'online 24/7 to answer all your questions,' which is laughable at this point. It is now the 1st of February 2024, and surprise, surprise, there is still no update.

Take my advice and do not waste your time and money.

Order placed 3rd December. Order still not delivered despite saying shipped for the last month.

Emailed several times and no response. Appalling service and money lost.

Package has not been delivered in spite of tracking information saying it has. Business has ignored emails and messages regarding the fact that I have not received my order.
