The process was simple and the artists are amazing. I did not realize how accurate and life -like the bobble heads would be. Very exciting and impressive!

Rubber, not baked clay
While the likeliness of the "model" and the overall design turned out great, it's not clay, it's rubber and the head doesn't "bobble" because of the hair placement. I've ordered several bobbleheads from other companies and they've all been baked clay. Perhaps this is the new norm?

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing the likeness and overall design of the bobblehead. We'd like to clarify that our custom bobbleheads are handmade from polymer clay, not rubber.
Regarding the bobble feature, the head was created according to the bobble head style selected for your order. We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue improving our designs and craftsmanship. 😊

Great work!
My experience is that the re-creations of the heads based off the photos is extremely good. I had been disappointed in another company's bobbleheads, but very pleased with this company's work, attention to detail, and speed of the process. I have already placed three orders so far and looking to do a fourth.

The product was delightful
The product was delightful; and perhaps more importantly the customer service was very prompt, professional and helpful. The details of how to construct, modify, and orders were clearly laid out. I am not sure how one would do this, but the additionals that cost extras should be alluded to in the pricing advertised? Regardless, this is my second bobblehead order coming up and my lawyer son loved his!! (What does one get for a 46-year old son who is a lawyer & has everything? A Bobblehead, of course!) I am now ordering one for my daughter-in-law who practices medicine.

I ordered a gift for my friend’s son. They are very helpful. Initially I didn’t mention any instructions, later I asked them to change the dress color. They have done this for me even though they already made the body. If you need any custom gifts, please order from them.

3rd Time Ordering
We have not gotten the one we just ordered but are repeat customers. We had one made for my boss last year and I had one made for my son for football this year. I was told I am allowed to order one for each year he plays, that is high praise. 15-year-old boys are brutal when they don't like something. The one we had made for our boss was custom and it was perfect. Down to the Remarkable in his hand. Great customer service! You can't go wrong with this company.

The proofing process of head and hair, including changes I made, was smooth, efficient, and fast. We were so excited to open our box when it arrived and were NOT disappointed with the quality of the final product. We can't wait for our son to open this after his graduation!
