This company charged me for a repair for my titan light that was working on one side. They cut the wires and damaged the entire light before telling me it was u repairable and that “they aren’t liable because it’s covered in their warranty fine print”. This guy quoted me 60 dollars for the repair, notified me later that it was 150 dollars instead of 60. I asked if he could help me out with the charge since he had quoted me 60 and he had the nerve to lower it by one dollar and say “how about 149 lol”. This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. There is a charge on all so call lifetime warrantied items and the guy running this place has the iq of a 10 year old. If you don’t want to waste your money and time, by sometime reputable with a real warranty. Just google Diablo royale customs / boat plug light and you’ll clearly see what I’m talking about.

These lights are trash, do not waste your money or time with their terrible customer service. Any issues with their product and it’s the customers fault. The light cannot be used while underway. I learned that the first time it failed, paid $80 to repair and it failed again while just sitting in the water for two weeks. The do respond quickly but call consider the customer as a whiner and at fault.

I purchased two Neptune rgb lights. After 2 months of use they half burned out. Company told me to take them back off and ship them back to them at my cost. I did so. They contacted me stating that they burned out due to corrosion even tho they weren't leaking water at this point. They brag about the "marine grade billet aluminum" but them will not honor the warranty against corrosion. I offered to take the $400 I spent on them as a credit toward a $1,000 pair of brass ones that they say won't corrode. They refused my offer and said too bad we aren't doing anything for you. Very rudely I might ad. Totally unprofessional asking me if I'm an idiot or don't understand english etc etc
This is a terrible company with a terrible product and warranty which they won't stand behind. I would definitely shop for diffrent lights!

My order was lost by DHL. However, the seller has received the money from DHL and does not want to send a replacement. I paid over $ 2000 and did not receive the order
