The absolute lack of qualification and professionalism that operations management displays.

The most concerning issue with this company is its unprofessional culture and ineffective management, particularly in the Madrid office. Operations management, the head of operations, and the head of project management often exhibit inappropriate behavior, frequently stepping outside to smoke and gossip about employees. This creates an environment of distrust and discomfort among the staff. Their management style has even been described as a 'Game of Thrones' due to the constant politicking and personal interference.

Employees are often subjected to intrusive behavior, with management crossing professional boundaries and creating a hostile work environment through favoritism and lack of support. There is a clear lack of respect for staff well-being, and people are frequently overworked without any form of recognition or compensation.

The company offers low salaries while demanding extremely high performance, with no additional pay for extra hours worked. Despite the high fees charged to clients, the company underpays its employees, creating a stark imbalance between the services promised and the resources provided. Clients are often led to believe they are hiring larger teams than what is actually provided, while a small number of overburdened staff members are forced to pick up the slack.

This pattern of behavior raises serious concerns not only about ethical business practices but also about the long-term sustainability of the company’s operations. Addressing these issues would require a fundamental shift in management style and a commitment to fair and transparent treatment of both employees and clients.

El problema más preocupante de esta empresa es su cultura poco profesional y la gestión ineficaz, especialmente en la oficina de Madrid. La dirección de operaciones, la jefatura de operaciones y la jefatura de gestión de proyectos suelen mostrar un comportamiento inapropiado, saliendo con frecuencia a fumar y a hablar mal de los empleados. The company employs low-skilled workers…

The company employs low-skilled workers who do not have higher education. This is a call center offering low-skilled people the opportunity to work for low wages and an absolutely non-transparent motivation system. For such people with a low level of culture, free breakfasts and hamburgers on Fridays are extremely important. As you can see in previous comments, everyone only talks about food. Essentially, it's work for food. The opportunity for growth is represented by the number of calls made. What are you talking about? As a person who can only make cold calls, mainly offering office equipment. Therefore, "management" people often organize a huge number of meetings discussing extremely strange things, like where to seat this employee. The number of emojis in the form of hearts, kittens, etc. in numerous chats of "managers" is off the charts. Gossip and discussions about employees' clothes and behavior are simply beyond any limits. I was shocked by the cultural and academic level of employees, which is undoubtedly low. Although it's very obvious that a low cultural and academic level means working in call centers and similar organizations. If you have at least a higher education - think twice.

Working for this company was a dreadful…

Working for this company was a dreadful experience. Initially, during the interview, everything was conducted in my local language, which is English. The interviewers spoke English, creating a positive impression. However, upon termination or dismissal, everything suddenly shifted to Spanish ONLY, making it challenging to navigate the situation unless you can speak and read Spanish well. The training phase lasted 3-4 months, resulting in a significant amount of wasted time. Overall, the company seemed decent at first.

Upon starting the actual work, it became evident that I had been deceived into joining a company that cared much less about its employees than initially perceived. The data lists provided for calls were outdated, putting pressure on managers to meet targets with obsolete information. There were rumors circulating the offices that making complaints or seeking additional support to reach personal targets might lead to termination. The turnover rate for employees is crazy and it becomes obvious they are constantly needing to employ new staff to make up for staff leaving or being gotten rid of on a monthly basis.

My Team Leader showed clear dislike towards me, and we had several incidents where this animosity was apparent. A Human Resources first warning session was orchestrated, during which he fabricated problems that did not exist. Unfortunately, I fell prey to office rumors, believing that challenging the warning would result in immediate termination. Despite eventually lodging a complaint, I missed the time limit by a day or two.

I was ultimately let go during my Team Leader's one-week holiday (seems he was too spineless to deal with it himself), during my second or third month in the office post-training. Struggling to meet sales targets, I had managed to fulfill call quotas and other metrics and was 25% on my way to my monthly Sales target in the first week of the month I was fired. The justification for my dismissal included failure to meet call quotas, not achieving sales targets, and alleged misconduct in team meetings and interactions with the Team Leader—claims that were all untrue.

Despite others in the office not meeting targets for six months or more, they were retained, indicating favoritism from management. The workplace environment was toxic, and the company encouraged employees to leave positive Glassdoor reviews, even providing time for this during work hours. However, they strategically aimed to have these reviews written while employees still had a positive perception of the company, preventing updates after termination or departure. Glassdoor are strict and only allow one review per person per company. So if your attitude towards BNZSA changes you cannot reflect this after the fact.

Fortunately, my court case in January resulted in them acknowledging unfair dismissal and offering me less than 50% of compensation owed, and I secured 75% of the compensation. In retrospect, I regret not insisting on 100%, but due to a delayed complaint letter to HR about my warning, my solicitor advised against risking receiving nothing.

To anyone unfortunate enough to work for this company, document EVERYTHING, refrain from Glassdoor reviews until later, and speak up against unfair HR warnings. Don't be intimidated, gather evidence, and if you end up in court, ensure you receive the full compensation for mistreatment. Companies like this should be held accountable. They are well known in the Legal system with a track record of facing numerous unfair dismissal cases in court.

Una vergüenza

El primer día de trabajo pedimos a la coordinadora que compartiese pantalla para explicarnos un procedimiento. Se hizo la sueca, como si no hubiera leído nada, porque en realidad no sabe el tipo de trabajo que está supervisando.

Este es el nivel de la empresa. Ha sido una constante a lo largo de mi trabajo en la empresa: formación 0, presión 100, dinero tirado en vinilos de autobús y chanchullos en el contrato (no marcan la casilla de teletrabajo pese a que la mayoría de la plantilla trabaja 3 o 4 días desde casa).

Una explotación continua llevada a cabo sin ton ni son por parte de gente que sería incapaz de realizar el trabajo que supervisa al ritmo y calidad que exigen unos estándares puestos arbitrariamente.

La incompetencia llega al punto de despedir a una docena de personas de golpe en vez de revisar la formación y las aptitudes del Team Leader.

Que no os engañen las reseñas positivas en otras webs como Google: muchos son bots, cuentas que de personas que no existen y se crean específicamente para contrarrestar las opiniones reales de gente que ha trabajado en esta empresa marrullera.

ONLY LIES

The recruiter told my partner and me lies since the very first interview. I don't even know where to start, so it's way easier to say that everything they tell you is a lie. They tell you things, to make you start working there. Because they are always urgently looking for new people! As you can see on every job page. I spoke up, about what all they told us ''wrong''. Then they fired me and simply told me I didn't pass probation time. The question is, who didn't pass the probation time?! In the end they don't even want to pay me the loan I worked for, until today (three days after they fired me) no money came. How do I pay rent, pay for food, pay for any necessities? Even the team leader is such a fake person and a big liar. Always acting completely cool, in the end he is as a bad person as everybody else there. Not even to start with HR! The head of HR is the worst!!!! Oh and did I mention yet, that because they were mistreating the covid rules, we got infected? We'd been to Paris by coach during the pandemic and didn't catch corona. Now working in this disgusting, fake place, we got corona being vaccinated twice. Then they wanted my partner to sign a document, saying if he would not make at least 80 calls per day, they could fire him anytime. I've had a few real bad companies working with, but this one is the top. They are the most disgusting betrayal I have ever seen! If I could give minus stars, they would be -1000!
