This best bank I ever used

Walmart put a hold on my account for several hundred dollars. They released it last week and I have yet to get it back and b9 states I will have it back on the 21st! That will be 31 DAYS! That they held HUNDREDS of dollars! When you have 6 kids and a limited that is a lot of money to hold! It is April 12 and 23 DAYS that I haven’t not received a dime from MY money!

If i could leave 0 stars I would. This is the worst bank I ever had they charge for everything everything if I want to move money or pay a bill they charge $4-$30 u can’t speak with a supervisor if u needed. they aloud uber to take money two times and then I couldn’t get my money back for 31 days by far the WORST BANK. “Do Not DO NOT BANK WITH B9!!”

its a great app/money tracker, it gives instant updates on what,where and remaining balance straight to your phone, im able to use it anywhere, even all my online transactions. I highly recommend it.

The only reason I rated it 1 star is that there wasnt an option for negative 10. This is by far the worst shadiest Bank you could ever think about trying to trust your money with they're a bunch of thieving lying Crooks who don't give a shit about their customers. They're not even an actual bank they call themselves a tech company but they're not even a tech company. I don't even know what they are other than fraudsters. Do not I repeat do not give them any money unless you don't want to see it ever again. Right now they are breaking the law by illegally withholding my entire paycheck from me for no reason whatsoever and I've been trying to talk to somebody from customer support for 34 straight hours because I am out of town and I have no other income on me and they are still withholding all my money. I have called in literally 10 times and been told we are sorry but you have to wait until you're account is done being reviewed. I asked to speak with the manager and there isn't any every single time I call There is nothing to review other than the fact that they're holding my money hostage. Even if I didn't like you I wouldn't refer you to this "Bank" or "tech company"or fraudulent band of felons!

This app is riddled with fees, with a minimum fee of 4 dollars per transfer and that is just one problem. They had an ACH issue and now I was unable to receive my direct deposit from my employer and have to wait over a week. They never informed me of this issue and I had to reach out myself. What kind of company is this? 0 accountability. All these positive reviews is because they will give you 5 dollars for writing one. Don’t be fooled.

If i could out 0 stars I would they are horrible their customer service is shit. They hag up in your face when they don’t feel like helping. They actually don’t do anything to help just repeat themselves like a robot, and their whole system is shit. DO NOT BANK. I never write reviews but this was just horrible. They need to be shut down and removed.

The app is easy to navigate I also like the instant transfer option

I enjoy the ability to borrow a small amount as a bridge between paydays. Their recent fees changes make it even easier for me. Grew my advance limit to $265 recently. Nice.

B9’s business model feels extremely deceptive and predatory toward people who are already struggling financially.

The app markets itself as a way to get a small financial advance, but what they don’t make clear is that they push users to switch their direct deposit and banking activity to their platform just to receive a tiny advance — sometimes as little as $20. That alone should raise serious questions about their intentions.

What’s worse is what happens when you want to leave and move your money somewhere else. Instead of making it easy to access your own funds, B9 effectively punishes users. Your only options are to wait for an ACH transfer that can take several days, or pay roughly a 3% fee just to instantly transfer your own money back to your debit card.

So let’s be clear: they lure people in with a tiny advance, then make it difficult or expensive to get your own money back out. That kind of structure looks a lot less like financial help and a lot more like trapping users inside their system.

For a company dealing with people’s paychecks and bank deposits, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Financial platforms should operate with transparency and fairness, not tactics that appear designed to take advantage of people during difficult financial moments.

Consumers should be extremely cautious before moving their direct deposit or trusting B9 with their money. ****FYI**** Look at all their 5☆ reviewers they are all 1st time reviewers!
